02-27-14 | New York Knicks v. Miami Heat -10 | Top | 82-108 | Win | 100 | 28 h 36 m | Show |
02/27 8:00 PM EST NBA (505) NEW YORK KNICKS VS (506) MIAMI HEAT
Take: (506) NBA Rivalry Game of the Year: Miami Heat. A pair of Eastern teams that don't like each other -- and one has seen better days. The Knicks are a mess, 21st in the NBA in points scored, 23rd defensively in field goal shooting D allowing 46%. They've had two full days off to stew about an other loss, this time 110-108 at home to Dallas. They really put a lot into that home game, as Tyson Chandler had 12 points and 12 rebounds against his former team, to no avail. NY is 2-6 ATS on the road and now they head to South Beach against a far superior team, the two-time defending champs. Miami has had even more rest, not playing since Sunday, a 93-79 rout of Chicago at home, so they've been in Miami all week. And they won without LeBron, so stout defense plus Chris Bosh's outside shooting and a boost from Miami's reserves helped the Heat overcome the absence of their MVP on Sunday to beat the Chicago Bulls. James was a late scratch after he broke his nose in Thursday's win at Oklahoma City, and his teammates picked up the slack. Miami improved to 8-1 in February. Miami is 8th in the NBA in points scored, 8th in points allowed and when these rivals meet the favorite is 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings. Play the Miami Heat. |

Last month at the Reilly Center, the Bonnies topped the Explorers 66-51 allowing 30% shooting. La Salle is 1-9 ATS in their last 10 vs. the Atlantic 10 and the Bonnies are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings. Play St. Bonaventure! |

02-25-14 | Seton Hall -4.5 v. DePaul | Top | 60-65 | Loss | -110 | 27 h 46 m | Show |
02/25 9:00 PM CB (541) SETON HALL VS (542) DEPAUL
Take: (541) Big East Game of the Year: Seton Hall. DePaul (10-18) has home court, but so what? They have a losing record at home and the Blue Demons are 8-19 ATS in their last 27 home games. DePaul is last in the Big East riding a 10-game losing streak with all of those losses except 2 by double digits. They come off a loss in overtime, getting the spread cover, but the e 8-22 ATS in their last 30 games following an ATS win. Seton Hall (14-13 SU; 8-3 ATS run) has a winning record and is playing tough. The last three games they crushed Georgetown and in the other two lost to St. John's and mighty Creighton by one point each time. They came up just short of handing the nationally-ranked Bluejays their first home loss of the season. The Pirates are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 road games. The Pirates own a 10-3 record against DePaul and the Hall has posted a 7-2 mark against the Blue Demons since they joined the Big East. Seton Hall is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings with DePaul, so grab the visitors. Play Seton Hall. |

02/19 11:00 PM CB (781) NEW MEXICO VS (782) UNLV Take: (781) Revenge Game of the Year: New Mexico. UNLV won at New Mexico lats month, but the Lobos are still 10-2 in the conference ahead of 8-4 UNLV. This is a big game for both teams in second and third place, looking up at San Diego State (11-1). New Mexico has so much balance with Kendall Williams (17 ppg) and Cameron Bairstow (20 ppg) leading in scoring and 7-footer Alex Kirk (14.6 ppg, 8.5 rpg) up front. New MExico is 6-1 SU on the road and the Lobos are 36-16-1 ATS in their last 53 vs. the Mountain West, plus 4-0 ATS in their last 4 road games. The Lobos want the Mountain West title and a loss at Vegas would damage that quest. New exico also wants payback. Vegas beat UNM 76-73 in The Pit last month. |

02/18 07:35 PM NBA (517) SAN ANTONIO SPURS VS (518) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS
Take: (518) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS Reason: NBA Western Conference TV Showdown Game of the Month: LA Clippers. San Antonio is banged up and pacing itself, on a 3-7 ATS run and the Spurs are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games following a win. They just haven't had the kind of depth they are used to and have struggled against good teams, 3-13 ATS in their last 16 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600. The LA Clippers are loaded with depth, talent, star power and defense. Chris Paul is back and healthy. New Coach Doc Rivers has gotten this group to focus on defense, 7th in the NBA in field goal shooting allowing .443%. The Clippers are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. And they can play offense, too, second in the NBA in scoring, third in assists. The Spurs are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings, so grab the home team. Play the LA Clippers. |

Take: (551) SEC TV Rivalry Game of the Year: Georgia. Georgia (14-10) is playing well, on a 4-game win streak trying to hang onto third place in the SEC. Defense is leading the way, allowing 50, 55 and 60 points the last three games. The Bulldogs are 19-7 ATS against the SEC and 11-5 ATS in their last 16 road games. Tennessee is stumbling, losing 3 of 4 and the Volunteers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning record Georgia has won in Knoxville just 15 times ever, but two of those have come in the past three years. The Bulldogs won both of last year's regular-season games against Tennessee: 68-62 in Knoxville and 78-68 in Athens. Take: (658) West Coast Conference Game of the Year: Pacific. Pacific (14-10) is on a roll, winning 4 of 6 despite a tough 4-game road trip recently. The Tigers are 12-5-1 ATS in their last 18 home games, 6-0 ATS against a team with a losing record. 02/14 7:00 PM CB (807) PRINCETON VS (808) BROWN
Take: (808) BROWN Reason: Ivy League Game of the Year: Brown. Brown opened as a home dog here, but they are a good team (12-8) with a winning Ivy League record. Brown is playing well, winning 4 of the last 5, a 4-1 ATS run. They won twice as a dog and in a pick 'em game against Yale won 73-56. Sean McGonagill and Steven Spieth scored 20 apiece as Brown cruised to a 75-62 win over Dartmouth on Saturday night. Brown jumped out to a 17-3 lead and never trailed in the game. 02-13-14 | St John's -1 v. Seton Hall | Top | 68-67 | Push | 0 | 27 h 36 m | Show |
02/13 9:00 PM EST CB (541) ST. JOHNS VS (542) SETON HALL Take: (541) Big East Game of the Year: St. John's. St. John's (15-9) is on a tear, winning 6 of 7 and the Red Storm is 5-0 ATS in their last 5 vs. the Big East. Not many teams have given mighty Creight a go, but St. John's did the last game, a 70-65 win. The Red Storm did a tremendous job on defense. They held the Bluejays, who came in leading the league in scoring (81.2), field goal percentage (49.2) and 3-point percentage (42.8), to 41.1 percent from the field (23 of 56) and 22.7 percent from 3-point range (5 of 22). St. John's started 0-5 in the Big East, and things were dire to say the least. Meanwhile Seton Hall is not getting it done, 4-7 in the Big East and losing 7 of 10. The Pirates are 7-20-1 ATS in their last 28 home games, so grab the hot, confident team. Play St. John's! |

02-12-14 | Portland Trail Blazers v. Los Angeles Clippers -7.5 | Top | 117-122 | Loss | -105 | 29 h 17 m | Show |
02/12 10:35 PM EST NBA (725) PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS VS (726) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS
Take: (726) NBA Situational Game of the Year: LA Clippers. The LA Clippers are rested, have Chris Paul back and have home court (22-4 at home), making this a brutal situational spot for Portland. The Blazers are in the second of a back to back spot after hosting Oklahoma City last night, an NBA TV showdown in the West. The Clippers are not only rested, they haven't played since Sunday -- and even then they didn't break a sweat in a 123-78 rout of Philly. Blake Griffin had 26 points, 11 rebounds and six assists. Jamal Crawford scored 21 for the defending Pacific Division champions, who were 12-6 while Paul was sidelined with a right shoulder he separated Jan. 3 at Dallas. The seven-time All-Star point guard showed no signs of rust, getting seven points and eight assists in 23 minutes. DeAndre Jordan had 20 rebounds, so this team is deep and clicking everywhere under their first-year coach, Doc Rivers. Portland is 2-5 ATS in their last seven against the Western Conference and 2-5 ATS against a team with a winning record. The favorite is 13-6 ATS in the last 19 meetings, and the Blazers are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Los Angeles. Play the LA Clippers. |

02/08 7:00 PM EST CB (619) UTEP VS (620) OLD DOMINION
Take: (619) College Basketball Game of the Year: UTEP. UTEP (17-6)is battling Southern Miss (6-1) for first, while Old Dominion has a losing record on the year. UTEP is 4-1 on the road and on a sizzling 12-1 SU, 10-3 ATS run! The defense has been great allowing 57, 62, 61, 54, 56 and 47 points in 6 of last 7. This is such an efficient team: Tops in C-USA in FG shooting (.475%), tops in FG defense (39%). UTEP has the kind of balanced scoring a coach like Tim Floyd craves, with 5 guys averaging 9-13 points. The Miners are 6-0 ATS in their last six road games, plus a 20-6-1 ATS run overall. The same can't be said of Old Dominion, a team that has lost 3 of 5 and is struggling to shoot and score, ranked 315th in the nation in scoring with 64.9 ppg. Old Dominion is a bad free throw shooting team (64%) and shoots 42% from the field, ranking 10th in Conference USA (by contrast, UTEP is No. 1 shooting 48%). Old Dominion is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 0-5 ATS in their last five Conference USA contests. Play UTEP! |

02/06 7:00 PM CB (515) LSU VS (516) GEORGIA Take: (515) SEC Game of the Month: LSU. LSU can bomb away from long range and Georgia is the two worst team in SEC at defending the three (39%). LSU is 5-3 in SEC, Georgia 4-4. LSU (14-6) is hot, on a 4-1 SU, 4-0-1 ATS run, losing at Bama by 2 (82-80) and they beat No. 11 Kentucky (87-82), while coming off an 88-74 rout of Arkansas. This is a big frontcourt with 6-9 junior Johhny O'Bryant III (15.8 ppg, 7.5 rpg) and 6-8 freshman Jordan Mickey (13.5 ppg, 7.4 rpg). LSU is tops in rebounds (39.8) in SEC, 3-0-2 ATS vs. the SEC. Meanwhile Georgia (10-10 SU) is not playing well on an 0-3 SU/ATS run. They were favored at home by -6 over Vandy and lost 59-54. The last 3 games they've scored: 54, 54, and 67 points, ranked 237th in scoring in the nation, plus shooting .438% as a team. Play LSU! |

02-05-14 | Dallas Mavericks v. Memphis Grizzlies -3.5 | Top | 110-96 | Loss | -107 | 28 h 37 m | Show |
02/05 8:05 PM EST NBA (713) DALLAS MAVERICKS VS (714) MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES Take: (714) NBA Southwestern Division Game of the Year: Memphis Grizzlies. A huge game for the home team, with Dallas clinging to the No. 8 playoff spot but Memphis right behind. Memphis has home court and Dallas has a losing road record. A tough spot for aging Dallas, 28th in the NBA in rebounding and 25th in points allowed. Mavericks F Shawn Marion missed his second straight game with lingering issues from shoulder and rib injuries. He's missed six games since getting hurt Jan. 7 against the Lakers. The Mavericks are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games following a win and face a red-hot Memphis squad that plays brilliant defense and pounds the paint better than anyone with Marc Gasol back alongside workhorse Zach Randolph. Courtney Lee has been a great addition from Boston and the Grizzlies are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 vs. the Western Conference and 6-0 ATS following a loss. They played well at Oklahoma City the last game but lost, only their second defeat in 13 games. The Grizzlies had won six straight games, the NBA's longest winning streak entering the week. Memphis had a six-game road winning streak snapped, but they get back on track here at home. Play Memphis. |

02-01-14 | Miami Heat -5.5 v. New York Knicks | Top | 106-91 | Win | 100 | 31 h 19 m | Show |
02/01 8:35 PM EST NBA (515) MIAMI HEAT VS (516) NEW YORK KNICKS
Take: (515) NBA Monster Motivator Game of the Month: Play the Miami Heat. New York is getting full of itself as Carmelo Anthony has been on a scoring tear. But this is still not a good team, 22nd in points scored, 27th in rebounding. The Knicks lost three straight home games before winning three in a row behind a rejuvenated attack led by Anthony. They had averaged 93.6 points during a five-game skid, including blowouts by the Clippers and Brooklyn to open the home stand before a loss to last-place Philadelphia. The Knicks will be missing Amare Stoudemire (ankle) and Andrea Bargnani (elbow), and could be without Iman Shumpert (shoulder), so this is not a healthy team. New York has a losing record at home and the Knicks are 8-17 ATS in their last 25 home games. Miami hasn't played since losing to the Thunder on national TV, 112-95, with 2 full days off. It was a game LeBron James wanted, turning it on against Kevin Durant, but he and the team struggled against the hot shooting Thunder. Now there are all these questions about Miami: Is LeBron losing a step? Is the Heat done? What a great opportunity to stick it to an Eastern rival here. Miami is far superior, 8th in the NBA in scoring, 9th in points allowed. The Heat is 19-7-1 ATS following a loss of more than 10 points, as well as 18-8 ATS in their last 26 games following any loss. With Carmelo getting all the publicity this week, watch LeBron put his game face on and his teammates will follow in a thrashing of a weak team. Play the Miami Heat! |

01-30-14 | Cleveland Cavaliers v. New York Knicks -6 | Top | 86-117 | Win | 100 | 29 h 54 m | Show |
01/30 8:00 PM EST NBA (503) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS VS (504) NEW YORK KNICKS
Take: (504) NBA TNT Game of the Year: NY Knicks. New York has come alive! The Knicks have awoken from a slumper, on a 3-0 SU/ATS run. This is their 7th straight home game, so everyone is comfortable and in a groove, and the Knicks are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games following a win of more than 10 points. They just pounded rival Boston, 114-88. New York is headed in the right direction again since ending a five-game losing streak Friday behind Anthony's 62 points, and is only a half-game out of the eighth and final Eastern Conference playoff spot. The Knicks are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a spread win and face another bad team. Cleveland is 2-5 ATS on the road and struggling everywhere, 24th in points scored, 18th in points allowed. They just lost at home to New Orleans, 100-89, allowing 42.7% shooting. Cleveland's Luol Deng scored just six points. He's been slowed by a sore Achilles. The Cavaliers are 6-20 ATS in their last 26 games playing on one days rest and when these teams meet the home team is 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings. Play the NY Knicks! |
|||||||

Take: (769) Missouri Valley Conference Game of the Year: Indiana State. Indiana State (16-4, 7-1 MVC) trails Wichita by one game in the conference and they take on a last place Southern Illinois team that is 2-6 in the conference, 6-15 overall. Indiana State has so much firepower behind Jake Odum (12.2 ppg), tops in the conference in scoring, free throw shooting and a sizzling 46% from beyond the arc! The Sycamores are 8-4 on the road, a mark which is tied for the Valley lead and is third-best nationally. Southern Illinois is not a good defensive team or offensive one (66.7 ppg), ranking 292nd in points allowed. They've lost 7 of the last 9 and the Salukis are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning record. The favorite is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings between these Missouri Valley rivals so grab the visitors. Play Indiana State! |

Akron is also 10-8 on the road in the series, winning 74-64 the last time they played here, and the Zips have won 5-of-6 on the road in the series. Play Akron! |

01/23 7:00 PM EST CB (517) FLORIDA VS (518) ALABAMA
Take: (517) CBB Rivalry TV Game of the Month: Florida. Florida is the only undefeated team in the SEC, riding a 9-game win streak. This veteran team is feasting on weak teams, with the Gators 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a losing record. Alabama (8-9) has lost 5 of 8 and comes off a conference loss to Missouri getting 47 points and losing by 21. The Tigers yielded only five 3-pointers -- one game after allowing 12 to Vanderbilt -- and limited Alabama to 25 percent shooting from behind the arc. Bama is on a 2-8 ATS run and the Crimson Tide is 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning record. And when these SEC rivals meet the road team is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings, plus the Gators are 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Alabama. Play Florida! |

01-10-14 | Dallas Mavericks v. New Orleans Pelicans +1 | Top | 107-90 | Loss | -110 | 29 h 51 m | Show |
01/10 8:05 PM EST NBA (811) DALLAS MAVERICKS VS (812) NEW ORLEANS PELICANS
Take: (812) NBA Payback Game of the Month: New Orleans. Dallas got run out of the building by the rivals Spurs the last game, dropping them to 8-10 on the road. Now they open as a favorite at New Orleans,, and the Mavericks are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Defense is a problem on this aging team, 21st in points allowed, 22nd in field goal shooting defense (46%). New Orleans is 9-6 at home with some good young talent anchored by Anthony Davis and Eric Gordon. They didn't quite the last game, a loss at home but the the Pelicans went on a 21-4 run to cut the Wizards' lead to six with three minutes left. The Pelicans are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games, 4-1-1 ATS against the Western Conference. Dallas squeezed out a win over New Orleans in their last meeting, but Davis did not play. The Pelican front line caused distinct matchup problems for the Mavericks, and Al-Farouq Aminu took full advantage, scoring 16, grabbing 21 rebounds and notching three steals. New Orleans had a rebound edge of 58-38 without Davis, and now he's back! And the Mavericks are 5-11 ATS in the last 16 meetings in New Orleans. Play New Orleans! |

01-08-14 | Detroit Pistons v. Toronto Raptors -5.5 | Top | 91-112 | Win | 100 | 7 h 59 m | Show |
01/08 7:05 PM EST NBA (701) DETROIT PISTONS VS (702) TORONTO RAPTORS
Take: (702) NBA Inner Circle Game of the Month: Toronto. A great bounce back spot for a very good Toronto team. Toronto (16-17) moved atop the lowly Atlantic Division during a 9-2 stretch in which it averaged 101.1 points on 44.9 percent shooting, including 38.7 from beyond the arc. The Raptors' season-best five-game winning streak ended with Sunday's 102-97 loss at Miami, and they followed that by putting up a season-low point total in an 86-79 defeat at Indiana two days later. But this team is strong on defense and has great depth, 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games following a loss and the Raptors are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games playing on no days rest. They are on a 7-0 ATS run overall and the Raptors are 9-2 ATS against a team with a losing record. Detroit is not a good team, off a 89-85 loss at New York while connecting on 37.2 percent from the floor -- including 3 of 19 from behind the arc. Rodney Stuckey has been out with a sore shoulder and the Pistons are 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 road games, plus on an 0-5 ATS run overall. Play Toronto! |

Take: (521) Big 10 Game of the Year: Michigan. Michigan survived a challending stretch going 3-2 the last 5 games with both losses to No. 10 Duke and No. 1 Arizona by a combined 12 points. Glenn Robinson III over his last four games is averaging 19.3 points and shooting 66.7 percent from the field (28-for-42) and 46.7 percent from long range (7-for-15). They take on a Minnesota team that hasn't been tested outside of losses to Syracuse and unranked Arkansas. The Golden Gophers are 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 games vs. a team with a winning record. The Wolverines lead the all-time series against the Golden Gophers, 86-65, and are 11-3 under John Beilein, including 5-1 at Williams Arena. Play Michigan! |

01-01-14 | UNLV -4.5 v. Fresno St | Top | 75-62 | Win | 100 | 21 h 50 m | Show |
01/01 3:00 PM EST CB (713) UNLV VS (714) FRESNO STATE
Take: (713) College Basketball Payback Game of the Year: UNLV. The UNLV Runnin' Rebels are 8-0-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall and a perfect 6-0 ATS in their last six road games. UNLV is quick and athletic, No. 9 in the nation in rebounds, and hasn't lost since a 63-58 defeat at No. 2 Arizona, coming so close to a big upset. This is a Mountain West Conference game and it's a revenge spot after losing twice last year, 64-55 and 61-52. The Rebels were 25-10 last season, but 0-2 to this Fresno squad. And Fresno is not playing well, losing 3 of the last 4, ranked 199th in rebounding (their leading rebounder is 6-foot-4). The Bulldogs are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a win and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games after scoring more than 90 points in their previous game. They won't come close to 90 against this UNLV defense, a team with a chip on its shoulder. Play UNLV! |

12-28-13 | Old Dominion v. Richmond -11.5 | Top | 58-67 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 38 m | Show |
12/28 6:30 PM CB (557) OLD DOMINION VS (558) RICHMOND
Take: (558) CBB Non-Conference Game of the Year: Old Dominion. Old Dominion is off a win, but it's a rare win, ending a 6-game skid. The Monarchs are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 games following a win and 0-6 ATS following an ATS win. The offense is poor, 65.3 ppg (311th in the nation) with a team that shoots .423% as a team. Richmond has won 5 of 7 games, coming off a loss but they are a great bounce back team: The Spiders are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a loss, 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 games vs. a team with a losing record. These teams met last year and Richmond rolled, 80-53, at Old Dominion! They shot 57% and allowed 31.7% shooting. Richmond is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. Conference USA. And when these teams meet the home team is 6-2 ATS in the last 8 meetings, and the Monarchs are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings, plus 0-6 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Richmond. Play Richmond! |

12-10-13 | Miami Heat v. Indiana Pacers -3 | Top | 84-90 | Win | 100 | 27 h 10 m | Show |
12/10 7:05 PM EST NBA (501) MIAMI HEAT VS (502) INDIANA PACERS
Take: (502) NBA Revenge Game of the Year: Pacers. The Pacers are a great team off a bad loss, 118-94 at Oklahoma City. They can be excused for a bad game as it was the end of a 5-game trip, plus playing 9th road game in 12 contests. Now they are home with rival Miami coming to town, a team that knocked Indiana out of the playoffs when they last met. Indiana (18-3) never quite discovered their meanness and toughness on the defensive end the last game, rolling over for a season-worst 118 points -- but they will at home. The Pacers are 11-1 ATS in their last 12 games following an ATS loss, 7-0 ATS playing on one days rest. And speaking of tired Miami winds up a 4-game road trip here, and 6 of the last 8 away. They are an aging team just 3-2 SU, 2-3 ATS the last five games. The Pacers are a great bounce back team, 26-10 ATS in their last 36 games following a loss. And when these rivals meet the home team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings, plus the Heat is 1-4 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Indiana. Play the Indiana Pacers! |

11-22-13 | San Antonio Spurs v. Memphis Grizzlies | Top | 102-86 | Loss | -110 | 29 h 58 m | Show |
11/22 8:05 PM EST NBA (511) SAN ANTONIO SPURS VS (512) MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES Take: (512) NBA Monster Motivator Game of the Month: Memphis. San Antonio (10-1) has feasted on the NBA's bottom-feeders for much of its winning streak. Seven of the eight teams the Spurs have defeated since their lone loss are currently under .500. The Spurs are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 vs. the Western Conference and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games vs. a team with a winning record. They head to a Memphis team that they swept out of the playoffs last season, so the players and the crowd will be into this one. Memphis (7-5) just beat two of the West's top teams -- the Clippers and Golden State -- to complete a perfect four-game road trip. That win streak is a sign the Grizzlies are getting the hang of things in rookie coach David Joerger's scheme following a 3-5 start to the season. There's no denying the talent on this roster and they are still playing great defense. The Grizzlies are 23-9 ATS in their last 32 home games vs. a team with a road winning percentage of greater than .600. The home team needs and wants this one more than the visitors. Play the Memphis Grizzlies. |

11-20-13 | Indiana Pacers -4.5 v. New York Knicks | Top | 103-96 | Win | 100 | 30 h 46 m | Show |
11/20 7:05 PM EST NBA (505) INDIANA PACERS VS (506) NEW YORK KNICKS
Take: (505) NBA Situational Game of the Month: Pacers. Indiana hasn't played since getting smacked silly on Saturday by rival Chicago, a 110-94 pasting. The Pacers are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 road games vs. a team with a losing home record. This is a great team off a bad game, tops in the NBA in defense allowing 86.3 ppg. Small forward Paul George is blossoming as a star, averaging 23.3 points per game (up 5.9) while improving his shooting (41.9 percent to 46.5. Roy Hibbert has blocked 46 shots |

06-16-13 | Miami Heat v. San Antonio Spurs +1.5 | Top | 104-114 | Win | 100 | 32 h 24 m | Show |
6/16 08:00 PM EST NBA (709) MIAMI HEAT (710) SAN ANTONIO SPURS
Take: (710) NBA Inner Circle Insider: Spurs in Game 5. Miami is under no pressure now with the series going back to South Beach no matter what happens here. And this talented team has been so inconsistent, with the Heat 0-7 ATS in their last 7 games following a win. San Antonio is home and needs a win. They got good news as Tony Parker reports no additional pain after Game 4. Parker said he hopes to be close to 100 percent with two days of rest before Game 5 on Sunday. The Spurs are 15-5 ATS in their last 20 games playing on 2 days rest and 16-6-1 ATS following a loss of more than 10 points. Miami is weak under the glass (30th in the NBA in rebounding) and that has been exploited by the Bulls, Pacers and now the Spurs in these playoffs, something San Antonio will attack in this pivotal game. Look for a better effort by the home team in this one, a talented and deep team that will get the win. Play the Spurs in Game 5. |
|||||||
04-28-13 | San Antonio Spurs -11 v. Los Angeles Lakers | Top | 103-82 | Win | 100 | 18 h 49 m | Show |
The Spurs can wrap-up their series with the Lakers here on Sunday with a win. The injury-plagued Lakers came into the playoffs without star Kobe Bryant, and have since lost Steve Nash too. No team in NBA history has come from an 0-3 deficit to win and without all their players, the odds look between slim and none for the Lakers (and slim isn't one of the choices). The Lakers will be without Nash, Steve Blake and Jodie Meeks here today. And now, Metta World Peace has also been scratched for today. The Lakers may need to bring Magic Johnson out of retirement. And with Dwight Howard all set to be a free agent after the season, I can't see much effort from him or the Lakers here on Sunday. They got blown out again in game three, surrendering over 120 points and while I don't expect the Spurs to garner another offensive outburst like that, this one should be easy too. The Spurs are motivated to end this series so its aging stars will get extra rest time until the next series. Stick a fork in the Lakers, they are done. Take San Antonio in game four.

04-26-13 | San Antonio Spurs -4.5 v. Los Angeles Lakers | Top | 120-89 | Win | 100 | 29 h 53 m | Show |
4/26 10:35 PM EST NBA (741) SAN ANTONIO SPURS VS (742) LOS ANGELES LAKERS
Take: (741) TV Steamroller: Spurs in Game 3. The Lakers have home court, but have lost the first two games by 12 and 11 points and have even more injury problems. Kobe Bryant is out for the year and guard Steve Blake is hurting, out indefinitely after an ultrasound taken Thursday confirmed a moderate strain of his right hamstring. This team was already thin on depth and has defensive troubles in the backcourt. Blake has done a good job guarding Tony Parker this series. The Lakers are 3-10-1 ATS in their last 14 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600 and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a loss. San Antonio has so much depth and firepower, 4th in the NBA in points scored and 11th in points allowed. They will run at the depleted Lakers and have no problem going up 3-0 -- especially with Dwight Howard throwing up bricks from the free throw line in the fourth quarter, adding to the LA woes. The Spurs are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings and the favorite is 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings. Play the Spurs in Game 3. |

04-22-13 | Chicago Bulls v. Brooklyn Nets -4.5 | Top | 90-82 | Loss | -103 | 19 h 31 m | Show |
This could be a quick series for the Bulls if Saturday's contest is any indication. The Bulls were manhandled right from the opening tip by Brookly, losing Game one, 106-89. It wasn't sure if Center Joakim Noah would play in this contest do to an injury, though he did start. Noah played just over 13 minutes though and contributed just four points. Carlos Boozer was the one bright spot for the Bulls, chipping-in 25 points and pulling down eight rebounds in almost 45 minutes of play time. The Bulls just couldn't contain the Nets. Brooklyn hit 56% from the field (43% from 3-point arc) and had six players score in double figures led by Deron Williams 22-points. Is there any discourse behind closed doors of Chicago? Derrick Rose was supposed to return after the All-Star break but has yet to make a appearance. And while he has practiced, and some say he's the best player during practice, Rose says he still doesn't feel right to return. Compare that with Noah, who fought through his painful hurt foot just to play in game one. Rose apparently is deciding he will just call it a season and you know that has to have his team mates scratching their heads. Bulls look like they shouldn't even be in the post season and if you ask Rose, he likely wishes they weren't. The Nets have all the momentum and heart right now and I'm sticking with them here on Monday. Take Brookly in game two.

04-14-13 | San Antonio Spurs -5 v. Los Angeles Lakers | Top | 86-91 | Loss | -110 | 29 h 41 m | Show |
04/14 9:35 PM NBA (715) SAN ANTONIO SPURS VS (716) LOS ANGELES LAKERS
Take: (715) NBA Western Conference Rivalry Game of the Month: Spurs. All the talk is about how the Lakers need the win, but so does San Antonio, in a tight battle for the top seed in the West with Oklahoma City. The Lakers don't play any defense and San Antonio has so much explosiveness on offense, 4th in the NBA in scoring, tops in assists. The Lakers struggle on defense, 24th in the league in points allowed. They can be exploited at the guard position and from long range, two things the Spurs can take advantage of. , Kobe Bryant hurt his achilles on Friday and is out for this game, taking the life (and their best player) out of the Lakers. Bryant finishes the season with averages of 27.3 points, 5.6 rebounds and 6.0 assists. The Lakers are 19-41-1 ATS in their last 61 games following a win and 2-8-1 ATS against a team with a winning percentage above .600. And when these rivals meet the road team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings and the Spurs are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Los Angeles. Play the Spurs. |

04-13-13 | Los Angeles Clippers +4 v. Memphis Grizzlies | Top | 91-87 | Win | 100 | 29 h 16 m | Show |
04/13 8:05 PM EST NBA (505) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS VS (506) MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES
Take: (505) NBA Game of the Month: Clippers. A huge showdown as both teams are on the bubble to get home court for the opening round of the playoffs, facing each other! The LA Clippers are rolling along, healthy and feeling confident, with a blasting of the rival Lakers this week. The Clippers have been saying priority is to go into postseason strong. They could improve playoff position if they win their last four games. They showed signs of playing better defense, limiting the Lakers to 43.4% shooting in their victory Sunday and getting six steals. The Clippers also held the Phoenix Suns to 45.5% shooting in their win last Wednesday and got 14 steals and smoked Minnesota the last game, 111-95. They have the opportunity to improve their playoff position if they win out. The Clippers are guaranteed at least the fourth seeding in the Western Conference because they are a division winner. The Clippers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. the Western Conference. But the fifth-seeded Grizzlies currently have a better record and would have the home-court advantage over the Clippers if Memphis finishes with a better record. The Grizzlies are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning record and 0-4 ATS against a team with a winning percentage above .600. And the Clippers are 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Play the LA Clippers. |

04-12-13 | Los Angeles Clippers -8.5 v. New Orleans Hornets | Top | 96-93 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 40 m | Show |
4/12 8:05 PM EST NBA (717) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS VS (718) NEW ORLEANS HORNETS
Take: (717) NBA Slam Dunk Game of the Year: Clippers. The LA Clippers are rolling along, healthy and feeling confident, with a blasting of the rival Lakers this week. With a franchise best 52-26 record and after clinching first division title, Clippers say priority is to go into postseason strong. They could improve playoff position if they win their last five games. The Clippers are 10-2 ATS against a team with a losing record and 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning percentage below .400. But the fifth-seeded Grizzlies currently have a better record and would have the home-court advantage over the Clippers if Memphis finishes with a better record. New Orleans is getting some respect as they have improved, but this is a bad matchup for them in the low post, 20th in the NBA in rebounds and 25th in scoring. The Hornets are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games vs. a team with a winning record and the favorite is 17-7 ATS in the last 24 meetings. Play the LA Clippers. |

04-11-13 | Oklahoma City Thunder -4 v. Golden State Warriors | Top | 116-97 | Win | 100 | 31 h 8 m | Show |
04/11 10:35 PM NBA (503) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER VS (504) GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS
Take: (503) NBA TV Game of the Month: Thunder. Oklahoma City has a powerhouse offense, second in the NBA in scoring. But this is also a terrific defensive team, under the radar, 12th in the NBA in points scored and second in field goal shooting defense. In fact, they are No. 1 in the West allowing .426% shooting by opponents, with solid rebounders and shot blocking role players in Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins. Russell Westbrook scored 25 points, Kevin Durant added 21 and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Utah Jazz 90-80 on Tuesday. The Thunder (57-21) continued their push to claim the top overall seed in the Western Conference. The Thunder is 41-18-3 ATS against the Western Conference and 23-9-1 ATS in their last 33 vs. the NBA Pacific. Golden State has been up and down since the week before the All-Star break, playing hard but undersized up front while allowing 100 ppg (19th). The Warriors are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. the NBA Northwest and 5-11 ATS playing on one days rest. When they face a good team, the Warriors are just 4-13 ATS in their last 17 games vs. a team with a winning record. And the Thunder is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. Play Oklahoma City! |
|||||||
04-10-13 | San Antonio Spurs +3.5 v. Denver Nuggets | Top | 86-96 | Loss | -103 | 29 h 43 m | Show |
04/10 10:35 PM EST NBA (719) SAN ANTONIO SPURS VS (720) DENVER NUGGETS
Take: (719) NBA Situational Game of the Year: Spurs. Denver is off a blowout win at home, but that was against defenseless Houston. There are still major concerns with Danilo Gallinari out for the season and playmaking guard Ty Lawson, the Nuggets' leading scorer, is out indefinitely because of a plantar fascia tear in his right foot. You need depth and your best players against San Antonio. The Spurs are 4th in the NBA in scoring, 9th in points allowed. They are also well rested, not having played since Saturday. Duncan had 31 points, 14 rebounds and four blocks to help the short-handed San Antonio Spurs escape with a 99-97 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night. Kawhi Leonard added 23 points and DeJuan Blair had 11 for San Antonio, which clinched the Southwest Division title for the third straight year. The Spurs are 4-1 ATS in their last five games playing on 3 or more days rest. And when they meet the road team is 15-3 ATS in the last 18 meetings, including the Spurs sitting at 19-7 ATS in the last 26 meetings in Denver! Play the Spurs. |
|||||||
04-03-13 | Phoenix Suns v. Los Angeles Clippers -16 | Top | 101-126 | Win | 100 | 7 h 54 m | Show |
04/03 10:35 PM EST NBA (523) PHOENIX SUNS VS (524) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS
Take: (524) NBA Game of the Year: LA Clippers. The LA Clippers are in a tight battle for the all-important No. 3 and 4 spots in the West with Denver and Memphis. Because the Clippers probably will end up winning the Pacific Division, they would be seeded fourth in the West. But if the Clippers' record remains worse than the fifth-seeded Grizzlies when the regular season is over, L.A. will have to travel to Memphis to begin the first-round series. Phoenix, on the other hand, is playing out the string of a lost season, the worst team in the West. They've lost 12 of 14 games and the defense is nonexistent allowing over 101 points in 5 straight and 11 of the last 13. Phoenix allows 47% shooting by opponents, 4th worst in the NBA, and a whopping .393% shooting from three-point land -- easily the worst in the league. And they just gave up 112 points to the Pacers, the fourth-worst shooting in the league. The Suns are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games, 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games overall. The LA Clippers want to turn over a new leaf in April, as the Clippers' bad trip to Texas completed a March to mediocrity with losses in Dallas, San Antonio and Houston, which left the Clippers with a 7-7 record for the month. "We've got to do better," Chris Paul says. They've slipped behind third-place Denver and Memphis in the Western Conference playoff race. The magic number for the Clippers to clinch the Pacific Division championship is two. Saturday's loss to the short-handed Houston Rockets was maddening to them as Coach Vinny Del Negro was livid after that game. While the Rockets played without injured James Harden, the NBA's fifth-leading scorer, the Clippers simply played without passion. Monday they lost again, at home to the Pacers, so after playing the best defense in the NBA....now they face the worst. Look for a dominant effort against an awful basketball team. Play the LA Clippers. |

03-29-13 | Oklahoma City Thunder -8 v. Minnesota Timberwolves | Top | 93-101 | Loss | -110 | 29 h 13 m | Show |
03/29 8:05 PM EST NBA (861) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER VS (862) MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES
Take: (861) NBA Revenge Game of the Month: Thunder. Minnesota is struggling on defense, giving up 104 to the slow-down Bulls (a loss), 108 to the Rockets (a loss) and even 107 to the Pacers in a 107-91 rout. The Timberwolves are 6-15-2 ATS in their last 23 games vs. a team with a winning record and into town comes the talented and deep Thunder. Oklahoma City is in a fierce battle for the top spot in the West, trailing San Antonio, and has been great at home and on the road. OKC is second in the NBA in points scored, 12th in points allowed, and tops in the West in field goal shooting defense allowing .428% shooting. The Thunder is 10-2 ATS in vs. a team with a losing record. Minnesota is 20th in the NBA in scoring and 23rd in field goal shooting defense, allowing 46%. OKC lost the last time they were here earlier in the season, a 99-93 loss as a favorite, but the leading scorer and rebounder was Kevin Love with 28 points, 11 boards, and he won't play in this one. That was the second night of a back to back for them, but this time the Thunder is rested and 39-17-3 ATS against the Western Conference. Play Oklahoma City. |
|||||||
03-26-13 | Los Angeles Clippers +1 v. Dallas Mavericks | Top | 102-109 | Loss | -110 | 29 h 12 m | Show |
03/26 9:35 PM EST NBA (655) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS VS (656) DALLAS MAVERICKS
Take: (655) NBA TNT Game of the Year: LA Clippers. Dallas is getting a lot of respect with this betting line, but this team isn't even in line to make the playoffs, trying to overtake the Jazz and Lakers for the last spot. Defense is the problem, 27th in the NBA in points allowed and in the middle of the pack in field goal shooting defense from the field and from three-point line. Into town come the LA Clippers, not having played since Saturday, a 101-95 win over the Nets. All-Star guard Chris Paul scored 17 of his 29 points in the fourth quarter. Eric Bledsoe returned for the Clippers after missing the last five games with a sore left calf. He scored seven points in about 10 minutes, and Paul credited him with being "all over the ball. That's a point guard's nightmare." LA is 8th in the NBA in points scored, but playing great defense, 4th in points allowed. The Clippers are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games playing on 2 days rest and 25-12 ATS in their last 37 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. Play the LA Clippers! |
|||||||
03-23-13 | Butler +2.5 v. Marquette | Top | 72-74 | Win | 100 | 30 h 22 m | Show |
3/23 7:45 PM EST CB (515) BUTLER VS (516) MARQUETTE
Take: (515) Tourney Dog of the Year: Butler. Marquette relies on that bench, with average starters. This team didn't last long in the Big East tourney, getting smoked by Notre Dame, 73-65, turning it over 14 times, then looked shaky in winning their opening Big Dance game, 59-58 over Davidson shooting just .345%. The Golden Eagles are 0-4 ATS in their last four games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 non-conference games. Butler (27-8) has a better record and a fierce, attacking defense that ripped Bucknell the last game, 68-56. Butler has now won 11 of its last 13 games in the NCAA tournament, the only two losses coming in the 2010 and 2011 title games. The Bulldogs are 17-5 ATS in their last 22 NCAA Tournament games and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 non-conference games. And the Bulldogs are 36-15 ATS in their last 51 neutral site games. Play Butler. |

03-22-13 | Iowa State +1.5 v. Notre Dame | Top | 76-58 | Win | 100 | 34 h 49 m | Show |
03/22 06:45 PM CB (837) IOWA STATE VS (838) NOTRE DAME
Take: (837) 1st Round Tourney Dog of the Month: Iowa State. No. 10 Iowa State (22-11) is 4th in the nation in scoring (79.6 ppg), 21st in rebounds, and 14th in assists, with plenty of offensive punch that's capable of beating anyone. They shoot 37% from 3-point land, #1 in Big 12 play with great depth behind 6-7 senior Will Clyburn (15 ppg, 7 rpg), 6-6 junior Melvin Ejim (11 ppg, 9.3 rpg), senior 6-2 Tyrus McGee (13.2 ppg) and 5-11 senior Korie Lucious (10 ppg, 5.7 apg) for Coach Fred Hoiberg. They took down a pair of Top 15 teams beating Kansas State and Oklahoma State. The Cyclones are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games following a loss and take on a Notre Dame team that is 6-7 away from home or on a neutral court. The big weakness for Notre Dame this game is defense, 10th in the Big East in field goal shooting defense and 11th at defending the three-pointer -- and that's Iowa State's game. The Fighting Irish are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 NCAA Tournament games and look for the Cyclones to get the win with their depth and exceptional long range shooting, which means the wrong team opened as the favorite. Play Iowa State. |
|||||||
03-21-13 | Wichita State +5 v. Pittsburgh | Top | 73-55 | Win | 100 | 69 h 23 m | Show |
03/21 1:40 PM EST CB (725) WICHITA STATE VS (726) PITTSBURGH
Take: (725) 1st Round Shocker of the Year: Wichita State. Wichita State is no stranger, earning its second consecutive NCAA Tournament berth. Wichita has great balance and battled powerhouse Creighton all season long before a close loss in the MVC title game. The Shockers are 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 vs. the Big East. This team won at VCU earlier in the year and whipped Iowa of the Big 10 by double digits. Senior Malcolm Armstead has been a key addition and missed Wichita State's NCAA Tournament appearance last season after transferring from Oregon. He scored a career-high 28 points in the team's Missouri Valley Conference tournament final loss. Pitt is favored, but not a great offensive team, preferring to slow the pace down. Every year Pitt can't shoot free throws and this season is no exception, 66% as a team from the line (12th in the Big East). That will hurt in close games and really hurts in close covers: The Panthers are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 NCAA Tournament games. Play Wichita State! |
|||||||
03-15-13 | Tennessee -1.5 v. Alabama | Top | 48-58 | Loss | -110 | 18 h 46 m | Show |
03/15 3:30 PM CB (847) TENNESSEE (848) ALABAMA
Take: (847) SEC Tourney Game of the Year: Tennessee. Tennessee smoked Mississippi State yesterday and now faces Bama. Tennessee was able to use 3 players off the bench playing 11, 13 and 30 minutes, which will pay dividends here. The Volunteers are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall and 21-8 ATS against the SEC! They take on an Alabama team that is struggling, losing 3 of the last 5 games. The Tide is not a good offensive or rebounding team. Even in Alabama's home win over Tennessee (68-65) the Vols won the rebounding battle 38-22! Tennessee won the rematch and rebounding battle again by a whopping 33-17! The Crimson Tide is 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600. Play Tennessee. |

03-14-13 | George Washington v. Massachusetts -2.5 | Top | 72-77 | Win | 100 | 27 h 43 m | Show |
03/14 8:55 PM EST CB (735) GEORGE WASHINGTON VS (736) MASSACHUSETTS
Take: (736) Tourney Crusher of Year: UMass. George Washington (13-16) is not exactly tearing it up at the crunch time of the season, on a 2-6 SU, 1-7 ATS run. The offense isn't that good and the defense has slumped badly, giving up over 80 points in 3 of those games. They come off a rare win and the Colonials are 5-16-2 ATS in their last 23 games following a win, plus 3-7 ATS in their last 10 neutral site games. Massachusetts (19-10) has won 3 of 4 games (2 wins on the road) with a terrific offense, 2nd in the Atlantic 10 in points scored. Their defense is solid, as well, 5th in the A-10 in field goal shooting defense, second in blocked shots and fourth allowing 31.9% shooting beyond the arc. UMass has dominated the series, with the Colonials just 5-12 ATS in the last 17 meetings. Play UMass! |

03-13-13 | Villanova -4.5 v. St. Johns | Top | 66-53 | Win | 100 | 28 h 5 m | Show |
3/13 7:00 PM CB (627) VILLANOVA VS (628) ST. JOHNS
Take: (627) Big East Tourney Game of the Year: Villanova. A good match for Villanova (19-12) against No. 10 seed St. John's (16-14 overall, 8-10 Big East). Villanova played hard down the stretch, winning 6 of the last 9 games, and has been under the radar on a 15-6 ATS run. Villanova has excellent balance and the Wildcats are 9-4 ATS vs. the Big East. They are strong from the line, which helps in late covers (third in free throws) while St. John's is awful, 64% from the charity stripe (dead last). The Red Storm is 1-6 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games and 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings with Villanova. Villanova and St. John's opened the 2013 Big East regular season at the Pavilion on Jan. 2. The Wildcats outlasted the Red Storm 98-86 as freshman guard Ryan Arcidiacono scored a season-high 32 points....and they will again. Play Villanova! |

03-12-13 | Los Angeles Lakers -8.5 v. Orlando Magic | Top | 106-97 | Win | 100 | 27 h 6 m | Show |
03/12 7:05 PM EST NBA (555) LOS ANGELES LAKERS VS (556) ORLANDO MAGIC
Take: (555) NBA Mismatch Massacre Game of the Year: LA Lakers. The Lakers are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a losing home record and Dwight Howard returns to his old stomping grounds with a new attitude. The Lakers have moved up into the No. 8 seed and the playoffs. Howard scored 16 points and grabbed 21 rebounds, Kobe Bryant chipped in with 19 points, nine assists and seven rebounds, as the Lakers beat the Chicago Bulls 90-81 Sunday. "We're very focused," Bryant said. "We know what we have to do and what lies ahead. Everybody's locked in." More good news is that Lakers forward Pau Gasol (foot injury) remains on track to return before the end of the regular season, so the vibes are good and it's showing on the court on a 3-0 SU, 2-1 ATS run. And they face a horrible team, with Orlando ranked 24th in points scored and 22nd in points allowed and 23rd in FG shooting defense allowing 46% shooting. The Magic is 8-21 ATS in their last 29 home games! The Lakers are 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Orlando and the road team is 11-5-1 ATS in the last 17 meetings. Look for a big effort by Howard and the Lakers as every game has meaning in this stretch run. Play the LA Lakers. |

3/09 1:30 PM EST CB (527) LA SALLE VS (528) SAINT LOUIS
Take: College Total of the Year: La Salle/St. Louis over the total. St. Louis has been on a tear coinciding with the death of former coaching legend Rick Majerus. However, they haven't been playing the slow-down defensive style that Majerus loved. St. Louis is on a 7-2-1 run over the total, a strong and balanced offensive team. Into town comes La Salle, a dynamite offensive team, 47th in the nation in scoring with 73.6 ppg. LaSalle is on a 5-0 run over the total and the over is 6-2-1 in the Explorers last 9 road games. They've scored 72, 94 and 84 points the last three games -- all wins. When these teams meet the over is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings and look for another uptempo, offensive show. Play La Salle/St. Louis over the total. |

3/08 6:00 PM EST CB (877) BUFFALO (878) BOWLING GREEN
Take: (878) Home Court Game of the Month: Bowling Green. Buffalo (12-18) is not a good road team and runs into an emotional hornet's nest in this finale. It's senior night for Bowling Green, honoring seniors Auston Calhoun, Jordon Crawford, James Erger and Luke Kraus. In addition, Bowling Green is still playing for seeding for the MAC Tournament and could finish as high as fifth or as low as eighth. BG is 10-4 at home this year, while Buffalo is just 4-9 on the road. The Falcons are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 home games and 20-8-1 ATS in their last 29 games following a loss. Buffalo is a weak offensive team and has lost 3 of 4 games despite playing 3 of them at home. And the Bulls are 1-4 ATS in the last 5 meetings with BG. Play Bowling Green. |

3/06 7:00 PM CB (733) GEORGETOWN VS (734) VILLANOVA
Take: (733) ESPN Game of the Year: Georgetown. This Georgetown team has been underrated and undervalued all season, tops in the Big East. Their defense is outstanding and the Hoyas are on a 9-2 ATS run, 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games. The Hoya defense has held opponents to 37.6% shooting from the field, which ranks eighth nationally. The Hoyas are 10th nationally in scoring defense, limiting the opponent to 56.3 points a game. Villanova is just 9-8 in the conference and comes in on a 2-game skid. the Wildcats are 16-35-2 ATS in their last 53 games vs. a team with a winning record. Georgetown owns a 42-28 advantage in the series and has won three straight over the Wildcats, as well as eight of the last nine meetings, including last year's 67-46 victory. And the Hoyas are 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. Play Georgetown! |

03/05 7:05 PM EST NBA (501) BOSTON CELTICS VS (502) PHILADELPHIA 76ERS
Take: (501) Atlantic Division Rivalry Game of the Year: Celtics. A pair of longtime rivals meet and the fans get up for this one, but only one of these teams is playing hard anymore. Boston has had 3 full days off and comes off an impressive win over Golden State, shutting down the Warriors high octane offense in a 94-86 win (and cover). They are playing great defense and Avery Bradley hounded Stephen Curry (6-of-22 shooting) all night, one game after he scored 54 on the Knicks. The Celtics are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games overall and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games playing on 3 or more days rest. While Boston is rested and on a 3-1 SU/ATS run, the 76ers have packed in the season, on a 1-8 SU, 4-5 ATS run. That included an embarrassing 98-84 home loss to the Magic, another team that has packed it in. This is a bad Philly offense and the Celtics will have no trouble shutting them down. Play the Celtics. |

03/02 5:00 PM EST CB (593) WYOMING VS (594) NEW MEXICO Take: (594) NEW MEXICO
Reason: Home Court Game of the Year: New Mexico. New Mexico is in first place in the Mountain West and Wyoming has fallen apart the last month because of injuries. Wyoming has slipped to 333th in the nation in scoring with 61.1 ppg, now losing 9 of 13 games. The Cowboys are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 road games and 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games vs. a team with a winning record. They've already lost at home to this powerhouse New Mexico team, one that is 24-4 overall and 14-1 at home. New Mexico is tops in the conference in points allowed (57 pg) and third in field goal shooting defense allowing just 39% shooting. The Lobos are 21-8-2 ATS in their last 31 home games and 21-5-1 ATS in their last 27 against the Mountain West! The home team is 13-6 ATS in the last 19 meetings and the Cowboys are 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings in New Mexico. Play New Mexico! |

2/28 8:00 PM EST CB (523) UTAH STATE VS (524) LOUISIANA TECH
Take: (523) WAC Game of the Year: Utah State. Utah State (19-7, 9-5 WAC) is a fine team and gets a great challenge at LA Tech, a team that is 14-0 in the WAC. Utah State is a terrific offensive team, 18th in the nation in shooting at .477%. Utah State has now won 46 of its last 58 WAC games and this is a winning problem, one win away from its 14th-straight year that USU has won at least 20 games in a season. The Aggies are 6-0-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall and know how to play tough defense, which will be needed in this one. These teams met last month and Utah State lost 51-48 allowing just 33% shooting! This will be another close, defensive duel and note that the road team is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. Grab the talented and motivated dog; Play Utah State! |

2/27 7:00 PM CB (741) WESTERN MICHIGAN VS (742) TOLEDO
Take: (742) MAC Game of the Year: Toledo. Toledo is 8-4 in the MAC and has won seven of its last eight outings, including a 79-66 victory over McNeese State on Saturday. The Rockets are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 home games and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. Western Michigan is also 8-4 in the MAC West, so this is a battle for first place, which means the home crowd will be fired up. The Broncos are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 road games vs. a team with a home winning percentage of greater than .600 and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall. And how important is home court in the MAC? The home team is 19-6-1 ATS in the last 26 meetings, plus the Broncos are 2-10-1 ATS in the last 13 meetings in Toledo. Play Toledo! |

02/26 9:00 PM EST CB (533) WYOMING VS (534) AIR FORCE
Take: (534) Mountain West Game of the Year: Air Force. Wyoming has 18 wins, but has been in a free-fall the last month because of injuries, on a 3-7 SU, 1-8 ATS run. They come off a home loss to UNLV, 65-42! They shot 29% and allowed 50% shooting. Wyoming is 307th in the nation in scoring. Guard Luke Martinez, their leading scorer, has been out since early January after an arrest for a Laramie bar fight. Forward Leonard Washington, their leading rebounder and second leading scorer, sat out with a sprained ankle two games ago, a blowout loss to SDSU. Forward Larry Nance Jr., sick all last week, got an IV before the game and managed just four points and no rebounds in 31 minutes. Then sophomore forward Derek Cooke Jr., starting for Washington and their only other serviceable big, wrenched his back midway through the first half and didn |

02-24-13 | Cincinnati v. Notre Dame -2.5 | Top | 41-62 | Win | 100 | 13 h 8 m | Show |
Cincinnati has struggled in Big East play, losing two straight and four of the last five. The Bearcats are coming off an OT loss at U Conn last Thursday, 73-66. Defense has been the backbone of this UC team, as they have held conference opponents to 12 points below their scoring average. In fact Cincinnati was the first Big East team to score more points than it averaged this season when playing Cincinnati. The Cats also rank nationally in the top 30 in numerous defensive categories; blocks (7th), field goal defense (17th), 3-point FG defense (28th), rebounding margin (11th) and scoring defense (23rd). Meanwhile, Notre Dame has won six of its last eight games, including that long 5-OT win against Louisville on Feb 9. The Irish are the best shooting team in the Big East, hitting 47.7% from the field and a league best 37.8 from beyond the 3-point line. Even with three OT games lately, the Irish have had 5-days off to rest for today's contest, so they should be very well rested. Today's contest will pit the Cincy defense against the very productive Notre Dame offense. This will be just the 14th meeting between these clubs with the Golden Domers holding a 9-4 S/U series lead and a 4-0 mark in South Bend. The Irish have also covered five of the last six overall in the series and the last five at home. I expect this to be a low scoring affair, but we don't have to lay much with the home club. Take Notre Dame here on Sunday.

02-22-13 | Houston Rockets v. Brooklyn Nets OVER 208 | Top | 106-96 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 12 m | Show |
02/22 10:35 PM EST NBA (809) HOUSTON ROCKETS VS (810) BROOKLYN NETS
Take: Non-Conference NBA Total of the Year: Rockets/Nets over the total. Houston is all about an attacking offense under coach Kevin McHale and newcomer guard James Harden. Houston is tops in the NBA in scoring and hung 122 on the Thunder the last game, a strong defensive team. Harden scored a career-high 46 points and Jeremy Lin added 29 as the Houston Rocketshad a 122-119 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday. Houston was down by 14 points with about seven minutes left, but went on a 21-4 run with that explosive attack. Houston is on a 6-1 run over the total and 20-8 over following an ATS win. Brooklyn's defense had a great first half, but is cooling off allowing 111 to the Bucks in OT Tuesday and then 94 on Wednesday to the same team, a pair of wins. They are on a 4-1 run over the total at home. Deron Williams and Joe Johnson lead this strong offense that will have no trouble putting up points on the defenseless Rockets. This will be a shootout from the opening tip and the over is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings. Play the Rockets/Nets over the total. |

02/21 9:00 PM EST CB (529) CALIFORNIA (530) OREGON
Take: (529) Pac 12 TV Game of the Month: California. A big challenge for California (16-9) heading to play the top team in the Pac 12 but the Bears are playing well, on a 5-1 SU, 4-1-1 ATS run. They were a +12 dog at Arizona and won, 77-69. Cal is terrific on offense and ranks second in the Pac-12 with 15.1 assists per game, third with 7.1 steals per contest during league games. The Golden Bears are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 against the Pacific-12. The Bears won both their previous matchups against the league leader, defeating then-No. 10 Oregon (58-54) and then-No. 7 Arizona (77-69). Cal is a perfect 10-0 against Oregon under head coach Mike Montgomery The Bears defeated the Ducks, 58-54, in Berkeley earlier this season. Oregon has been overvalued by oddsmakers, 1-7 ATS in their last 8 Pac 12 contests and the Ducks are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games. The Golden Bears are 7-2 ATS in the last 9 meetings, including 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings in Oregon. Play Cal! |

02/19 9:00 PM EST CB (541) VA COMMONWEALTH VS (542) SAINT LOUIS
Take: (542) Monster Motivator Game of the Month: St. Louis. The Billikens host VCU Tuesday in a first-place showdown at Chaifetz Arena. That's motivation enough for the home team, but St. Louis has had a double-whammy of emotion since the death of Rick Majerus, playing extremely well on a 7-0 SU/ATS run. With their seventh consecutive victory, a 76-58 rout of NC Charlotte the last game, the Billikens (19-5, 8-2 A-10) remained tied in the loss column with conference leader VCU, which improved to 9-2 in league play with a win over George Washington. In addition to an 11-1 advantage in 3-point field goals, the Billikens outscored the 49ers 21-9 from the foul line. St. Louis committed just 10 turnovers to Charlotte's 15 and outscored the visitors 21-8 in points off turnovers. SLU has shot 50 percent or better from the field in each of its past five halves. It started with the second half of the Butler game, where SLU shot 55.2 percent. SLU shot 50 and 52 percent against Dayton and then 55.2 and 56.8 percent against Fordham. SLU |

02/16 6:00 PM ESt CB (585) TEMPLE VS (586) MASSACHUSETTS
Take: (586) A-10 Game of the Year: UMass. Massachusetts has home court, where they are 8-2, and Temple is 1-2 SU its last three road games, as well as a 2-7 ATS run overall. Temple is not a great shooting team and faces a Massachusetts defense that is second in the A-10 in field goal shooting defense allowing just 40.2% shooting. Junior guard Chaz Williams tops UMass in scoring (15.7 ppg.), while leading the A-10 in assists (7.1, seventh in NCAA). The Minutemen are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games and 11-5 ATS in their last 16 games following a loss. The home team is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings and the Owls are 0-5 ATS in the last 5 meetings. A year ago UMass lost in OT at Tempe, getting the cover, then UMass won the A10 tournament game, 77-71, as a dog as the speedy Chaz Williams sliced his way down the lane toward 20 points and 10 assists. And they will again. Play UMass! |

02-14-13 | Iowa -8.5 v. Penn State | Top | 74-72 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 42 m | Show |
02/14 9:00 PM EST CB (527) IOWA VS (528) PENN STATE
Take: (527) CBB St. Valentine's Day Massacre Game of the Year: Iowa. Iowa Coach Fran McCaffery has a deep team and an uptempo style (72 ppg, 68th in the nation), 15th in nation in assists (16 apg), 16th in rebounds. They have so much more depth than a year ago with veterans 6-5 junior Roy Marble (15 ppg, 4.5 rpg), 6-8 junior Aaron White (13.3 ppg, 6 rgp) 6-7 junior Melsahn Basabe and 6-7 junior Zach McCabe (6 ppg, 4 rpg) up front, joined by freshman G Mike Gesell (8.8 ppg) and 7-1 Adam Woodbury. Iowa is on a 12-4 ATS run and the Hawkeyes are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games following a win. Iowa stumbled through a stretch losing 4 of 5 games, but they played well in a tough stretch, losing at Ohio State (72-63), at Purdue (65-62 in OT), a close lose at Minnesota (62-59) and at Wisconsin (74-70 in 2 OTs). Iowa is No. 1 in three-point defense in Big 10 (28.8%) and No. 5 allowing 39% FG. The lone win during that losing stretch was over this Penn State team (76-67). Penn State has all kinds of problems, with an early injury to their star offensive player (out for the year) that they've never recovered from, riding an 11-game skid. The Nittany Lions are 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 vs. the Big Ten. Iowa is 15-9 and has a winnable stretch of games on deck, along with motivation and a far better offense. Play Iowa. |

02/13 7:00 PM EST CB (765) AKRON VS (766) EASTERN MICHIGAN
Take: (766) Upset Game of the Year: Eastern Michigan. Top seeded Akron comes to town, so the home fans will be sky-high. The Eastern Michigan Eagles are a strong 11-2 at home this season, and playing well, on a 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall and 4-0 ATS in their last four home games. On the road, the Akron Zips are averaging 67.0 scoring, and holding teams to 64.0 points scored on defense. Eastern Michigan plays tough defense and has good balance with senior guard Derek Thompson (10.5 ppg) and a trio of workhorses up front in junior center Da'Shonte Riley and transfers Glenn Bryant and Daylen Harrison. Bryant is posting 10.2 points per contest, while Harrison has been averaging 9.8 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in his first season competing for EMU. The home team is 13-3 ATS in the last 16 meetings and the Zips are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Eastern Michigan, so grab the big home dog. Play Eastern Michigan! |

2/12 7:00 PM CB (515) VIRGINIA TECH (516) VIRGINIA
Take: (515) ACC TV Game of the Year: Virginia Tech. Virginia Tech's defense helps on the road with the Hokies 9-3 ATS in their last 12 road games. This is a state rivalry game, of course, so they will give it their all, plus a revenge game as Virginia is unbeaten at home and already won at V-Tech last month. Hokies are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600. In their last road game Virginia Tech was a +16 dog at North Carolina, but took the Tar Heels to OT. Virginia has two huge games on deck, both on the road, at North Carolina and Miami. The Cavaliers are 13-27 ATS in their last 40 games vs. a team with a losing record. When these rivals meet the road team is 5-1-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings and the underdog is 7-1-1 ATS in the last 9 meetings. Play Virginia Tech! |

02/09 6:00 PM EST CB (587) WESTERN MICHIGAN VS (588) BALL STATE
Take: (587) MAC Game of the Year: Western Michigan. Ball State has a losing record overall, as well as at home. The Cardinals are 8-20 ATS against a team with a winning record and sit in the MAC West basement at 2-7. Into town comes first place Western Michigan (7-2), 15-7 overall and riding a 7-game win streak. The Broncos are 3-1 in MAC road games this season and during this win streak 4 Broncos are averaging double-digit scoring: Shayne Whittington (16.0), David Brown (12.4), Darius Paul (10.1), and Nate Hutcheson (10.0). The team is also shooting 49.3 percent from the field, while holding opponents to 35.5 percent. 02/07 9:00 PM EST CB (531) WASHINGTON VS (532) UCLA
Take: (531) WASHINGTON. Reason: You have to tip your cap to the Washington Huskies, losing 2 of the last 3 games but take a closer look: They lost by 5 at No. 16 Oregon (81-76) getting the cover, covering again in a 57-53 loss to Arizona, then beating Arizona State the last game scoring 96 points. They have a winning straight up record on the road and the Huskies are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning record. Shawn Kemp Jr. is emerging inside with 7-footer Aziz N'Diaye. Kemp missed the first month of the season while sitting out completely with a torn patella tendon. He then spent weeks trying to find both his conditioning and a role. Now, though, the 6-foot-9 power forward is coming off a career-best, 18-point, six-rebound awakening last weekend in the Huskies' 96-92 win over previously white-hot Arizona State. The Huskies are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 vs. the Pacific-12. Thanks to N'Diaye's Pac-12-best 3.5 offensive rebounds per game, UW leads the league in that category at 12.8 per night. UCLA is just 1-4 ATS the last five games and has lost 3 of 4, losing those three as chalk each time, and the Bruins are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games. Play Washington! |

The Redbirds are 2-9 ATS in their last 11 games overall and 2-9 ATS against the Missouri Valley. In addition, the Redbirds are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a win. Drake (11-11) has a better conference record and is playing well, winning 5 of 7 games (5-2 ATS). All 5 wins were as a dog of +11, + 1, +9, +4 and +1! It's a big night for the fans, the annual |

02/06 7:05 PM EST NBA (705) NEW YORK KNICKS VS (706) WASHINGTON WIZARDS
Take: (705) NBA Mismatch Game of the Month: NY Knicks. A tough situational spot for the home team, with Washington playing the Clippers, Knicks and Nets this week. They come in on a high note knocking off the Clippers, but LA was banged up badly with injuries. Washington is still 1-4 SU, 2-3 ATS the last 5 games. The Wizards are 5-13 ATS in their last 18 vs. the NBA Atlantic and take on a healthy and stocked NY squad. Tyson Chandler is off three straight 20-rebound games, with Amar'e Stoudemire, J.R. Smith and Carmelo Anthony all clicking. Chandler has been on a tear since Woodson bluntly told him that he wasn't playing the kind of complete basketball that's expected of a player of his stature. "He called me into his office and he said, 'You're an All-Star, you need to start playing like it. The last thing you want is people questioning that,'" Chandler said. "The next night, I had a different focus about me." NY is on a 4-0 ATS run and the Knicks are 21-8-1 ATS in their last 30 games vs. a team with a losing record. And the Knicks are 22-8 ATS in the last 30 meetings! Play the NY Knicks. |

02-05-13 | Golden State Warriors +3.5 v. Houston Rockets | Top | 109-140 | Loss | -110 | 27 h 20 m | Show |
02/05 8:05 PM EST NBA (505) GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS VS (506) HOUSTON ROCKETS
Take: (505) NBA TV Bailout Game of the Month: Warriors. Both Houston and Golden State have outstanding offenses, but only one plays defense. The surprising Warriors are actually very good on defense, allowing .434% shooting by opponents -- fourth best in the NBA and second best in the West behind Oklahoma City. The reason is coach Mark Jackson, who is in his second year but has demanded so much from the defense this season and the kids have responded. The Warriors are 28-13-1 ATS in their last 42 road games and 19-7 ATS in their last 26 road games vs. a team with a home winning percentage of greater than .600. They've had 2 full days to rest and are riding a 4-0 SU, 3-1 ATS run which included a pair of road wins. Houston isn't playing any defense, 27th in the NBA in points allowed and 24th at defending the three-pointer (37%). They allowed 118 points at Denver two games ago and is riding a 4-10 ATS run overall. Play the Warriors! |

02-02-13 | Wyoming v. Colorado St -10 | Top | 46-65 | Win | 100 | 24 h 50 m | Show |
02/02 7:00 PM CB EST (597) WYOMING VS (598) COLORADO STATE
Take: (598) Border Rivalry Game of the Year: Colorado State. Wyoming has been a mess since losing star guard Luke Martinez, dropping 4 of 5 with the offense going in the tank, scoring 36, 58, 50, 48 and 59 points the last 5. The Cowboys are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. Colorado State (17-4) is off of a 77-57 road win vs. Boise State, led by a double-double performance of 23 points and 13 rebounds from senior F Pierce Hornung, who tallied a career-best with three three-pointers in the contest, to pull the Rams to within one game of conference-leading New Mexico. It's a senior-laden Colorado State team that is 12-0 at home and the Rams are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 home games. And when these rivals meet the home team is 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Play Colorado State! |

02-01-13 | Los Angeles Clippers -4.5 v. Toronto Raptors | Top | 73-98 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 18 m | Show |
02/01 7:05 PM EST NBA (801) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS VS (802) TORONTO RAPTORS
Take: (801) NBA Non-Conference Game of the Year: CLippers. Toronto had a nice run but they've fallen back on hard times losing 8 of 10. The last game was exhausting, a 93-92 loss at Atlanta, and now they come home to face the talented Clippers. Toronto is 23rd in the NBA in team defense allowing 99.9 ppg and one of the worst rebounding teams. The Raptors are 19-39-1 ATS in their last 59 home games vs. a team with a road winning percentage of greater than .600. Blake Griffin has elevated his game in Chris Paul's absence, entering the night averaging 23.2 points, 9.0 rebounds and a staggering 6.8 assists in the last five games, picking up some of the playmaking slack left for arguably the game's best point guard. Eric Bledsoe is doing an admirable job filling in while Chris Paul rests an aching knee. Bledsoe picked up 10 points, 10 assists and six steals on Wednesday, a win at Minnesota. The Clippers are 21-10 ATS in their last 31 games following a win. Play the LA Clippers! |

01-29-13 | Dallas Mavericks +2.5 v. Portland Trail Blazers | Top | 104-106 | Win | 100 | 30 h 10 m | Show |
01/29 10:05 PM EST NBA (505) DALLAS MAVERICKS VS (506) PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS
Take: (505) Western Conference Game of the Month: Mavericks. Dallas tooko on the chin to their rivals last week, the Spurs, a 113-107 home loss as a favorite. However, they bounced back with a blowout win over the Suns and the fact is Dallas has been playing great basketball, on a 6-2 SU, 7-1 ATS run. This is a veteran team with an excellent bench, utilizing Elton Brand and Vince Carter, alongside star Dirk Nowitzki, who is getting in a groove after missing 27 games from a knee injury. The Mavericks are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 vs. the Western Conference. Portland has been struggling, losing 7 of 9 games, coming back to earth after overachieving early. They are off another loss at the Clippers: The Blazers scored just 12 points, made just 4 of 14 field goals -- missing all six of their three-point attempts -- and committed seven costly turnovers. The result wasn't pretty: The Clippers outscored the Blazers 23-12 in the game-changing third. The Blazers are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a losing record and 5-11 ATS against a team with a road winning percentage of less than .400. Play the Mavericks! |

01-29-13 | Kentucky v. Mississippi -3 | Top | 87-74 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 26 m | Show |
01/29 9:00 PM EST CB (525) KENTUCKY VS (526) MISSISSIPPI
Take: (526) CBB TV Blowout Game of the Year: Ole Miss. A rivalry game down south and the home court will be rocking with Kentucky in town. Kentucky has a losing road record and dropped its last road game at Alabama, 59-55, as a favorite. Kentucky is 1-8 ATS in the SEC and the Wildcats are 7-20-1 ATS in their last 28 games following an ATS loss. Ole Miss (17-2) is loaded, ranked No. 16 in the nation and is 5th in the nation in scoring with 80.3 ppg. The Rebels are 6-0 in league play for the first time in school history and off to the best start to a season after 19 games. They can play defense, too, 13th in block shots (5.8 pg), 15th in steals (9.6 pg) and 33rd in FG percentage defense (38.7%). Ole Miss is 9-3 ATS in the SEC and the Rebels are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games. And the Wildcats are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings. Play Ole Miss! |

01-28-13 | Houston Rockets v. Utah Jazz -4 | Top | 125-80 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 41 m | Show |
The Rockets hope to have fixed their recent problems now that they have won three of their last four games. That includes a win at home last time out over Brookly, 119-106. Still, they have lost eight of their last 11 games. Moreover, they are just 2-9 ATS their last 11 games. The Rockets are also 1-7 ATS in their last eight road games. Meanwhile, the Jazz have now won nine of their last 12 games. They have also covered eight of their last 12. The Jazz have also covered six of their last seven home games. I like teams on streaks and the Jazz have been very well, especially at home. Take the Jazz on Monday.

01-26-13 | Texas-San Antonio v. Idaho -10 | Top | 70-74 | Loss | -100 | 24 h 19 m | Show |
01/26 10:00 PM EST CB (671) TEXAS SAN ANTONIO VS (672) IDAHO
Take: (672) WAC Game of the Year: Idaho. Texas San Antonio (5-13) has a lot of problems, 1-7 in WAC play. As a team, UTSA scores 66.2 points per game on 40.9 percent shooting, but gives up a 49.1 field goal clip and 73.1 points per game to opponents. The Roadrunners are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 vs. the WAC, while Idaho is on a 7-3-1 ATS run. Idaho plays the second of a terrific 4-game home stand and is a veteran team led by senior center Kyle Barone, Junior Stephen Madison and senior Mike McChristian. They face a Texas San Antonio team that is one of the worst in the nation in rebounding and just 2-12 the last 14 games. Play Idaho! |

01-26-13 | New York Knicks v. Philadelphia 76ers UNDER 193 | Top | 80-97 | Win | 100 | 28 h 28 m | Show |
01/26 7:05 PM EST NBA (503) NEW YORK KNICKS VS (504) PHILADELPHIA 76ERS
Take: NBA Total of the Month: Knicks/76ers under the total. New York is a terrific defensive team, 4th in the NBA in field goal shooting defense and 10th in points allowed. They leaned on that defense the last game to win at Boston, 89-86, as a dog. That was their 4th straight game under the total. The under is also 5-2 in the Knicks last 7 road games and they face a slow down Philadelphia team that has struggled on offense all season. The 76ers are 28th in points scored and the under is 21-9 in the 76ers last 30 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. And when these teams meet the under is 9-3 in the last 12 meetings, including 5-1 under the total in the last 6 meetings in Philadelphia. Play the Knicks/76ers under the total. |

01-23-13 | Washington Wizards +7 v. Utah Jazz | Top | 88-92 | Win | 100 | 28 h 1 m | Show |
01/23 9:05 PM EST NBA (715) WASHINGTON WIZARDS VS (716) UTAH JAZZ
Take: (715) NBA First Half Game of the Year: Wizards. Washington is under the radar, on a sizzling 9-1 ATS run. They are also on a 5-2 SU/6-1 ATS run winning 4 times as dogs of +6.5, +10.5, +3 and +12 points. John Wall is back, coming off the bench, but is a huge factor running this offense. Jordan Crawford came off the bench the last game and hit the big three as time expired to give them a thrilling 98-95 victory at Portland. Martell Webster and Nene Hilario both had season highs with 24 points and Emeka Okafor had his eighth double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Throw in promising rookie, Bradley Beal, and this team is far better than their record, decimated by injuries early in the season but getting healthy now. The Wizards are 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 vs. the Western Conference and 19-7-2 ATS in their last 28 games vs. a team with a winning record. Utah hasn't played in a while and the Jazz is 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games playing on 3 or more days rest and 8-17 ATS in their last 25 games following a win of more than 10 points. Home court has meant little when these teams meet as the road team is 11-5-1 ATS in the last 17 meetings, so look for a far closer game than oddsmakers expect. Play the Wizards! |

01-22-13 | Kansas -3 v. Kansas State | Top | 59-55 | Win | 100 | 26 h 31 m | Show |
01/22 8:00 PM CB (519) KANSAS VS (520) KANSAS STATE
Take: (519) Inner Circle Rivalry Game of the Year: Kansas. K-State and Kansas are both 4-0 in the Big 12, so this is a rivalry showdown. But what a one-sided "rivalry" it's been, with the Jayhawks 22-7 ATS in the last 29 meetings, including 10-3 ATS in the last 13 meetings in Kansas St. Kansas State hasn't been tested much, with a win over Florida, but getting beat badly in two showdown games, losing to Michigan (71-57) and Gonzaga (68-52). The Wildcats are 6-13 ATS in their last 19 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600. This Kansas squad has lost only once, a 3-point defeat in November to Michigan State, leading the nation with a 15-game winning streak. Kansas starts four seniors, including three fifth-year seniors! Kansas averages 76.0 points per game and is giving up 59.3 for a Big 12-leading +16.7 scoring margin. Kansas is outrebounding foes 39.1 to 33.1 and averages 7.4 steals, while also leading the conference in field goal percentage at 48.4, three-point field goal percentage at 36.5 and blocked shots at 8.0. Kansas is a mind-boggling 22-2 against Kansas State in the venue, so grab the talented and experienced visitors. Play Kansas! |

01-22-13 | Boston Celtics -5 v. Cleveland Cavaliers | Top | 90-95 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 53 m | Show |
01/22 7:05 PM EST NBA (501) BOSTON CELTICS VS (502) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS
Take: (501) NBA Matchup Mismatch Game of the Month: Celtics. The Cavaliers are home from a long road trip, losing 4 of 5 including a pair of double digit defeats. The first game back from a long road trip is often difficult for a team as the players are dealing with concerns at home, seeing the family for the first time in a while. Boston comes to town with a chip on its shoulder on a 3-game skid. The Celtics are not a good rebounding team, but the Cavs are without Anderson Varejao for the season. Varejao had been enjoying his best season in the NBA until suffering the injury Dec. 18, averaging 14.1 points and 14.4 rebounds per game. The Cavaliers are 9-27 ATS in their last 36 home games and 7-21 ATS in their last 28 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. Boston needs a win, has a deep, healthy team and the Celtics are 25-12-1 ATS in their last 38 road games vs. a team with a home winning percentage of less than .400. Play the Celtics! |

01/19 9:00 PM EST CB (671) SAN DIEGO VS (672) BYU
Take: (672) WCC Game of the Year: BYU. San Diego may be 4-0 in the West Coast Conference, but they have plenty of problems, just 7-6 the last 13 games. They average 67 points and are a weak rebounding club. They live by the three-pointer, but BYU is second in the conference in three-point defense. BYU is also tops in steals, assists and rebounds. BYU has shot .500 or better in consecutive games and in four-straight halves. At Santa Clara the Cougars shot .531 in the first half, .542 in the second and .536 for the game. Against Saint Mary |

01-18-13 | Oklahoma City Thunder -5.5 v. Dallas Mavericks | Top | 117-114 | Loss | -110 | 30 h 21 m | Show |
01/18 9:35 PM NBA (817) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER VS (818) DALLAS MAVERICKS
Take: (817) NBA Bailout Game of the Month: Thunder. Oklahoma City has more road wins than the aging Mavs have at home. The Thunder is 17-5-1 ATS in their last 23 games playing on one days rest and 24-8-3 ATS against the Western Conference. Oklahoma City can beat you in so many ways, tops in the NBA in points scored and 8th in points allowed. They are off a 20-point win over Denver where 6 players off the bench played 10+ minutes. Dallas has home court but has been short-handed much of the season because of injuries. They also don't play any defense, 27th in the NBA in points allowed. The Mavericks are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 vs. NBA Northwest. And when these teams meet the Thunder is 11-2-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings in Dallas. Play Oklahoma City! |

01-17-13 | Appalachian State +2 v. Tenn Chattanooga | Top | 88-91 | Loss | -110 | 27 h 26 m | Show |
01/17 7:00 PM EST CB (577) APPALACHIAN STATE VS (578) TENN CHATTANOOGA
Take: (577) Road Warrior Game of the Month: Appalachian State. Appalachian State is 3-1 in the Southern Conference, has played a tough schedule and has won 5 in a row. They have a strong frontcourt led by 6-7 senior Nathan Healy (14.3 ppg, 7 rpg) and 6-6 Jay Canty (15.3 ppg, 6.3 rpg). Appalachian State is on a sizzling 20-8-1 ATS run and the Mountaineers are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 road games! Chattanooga (7-10) is a .500 team in conference and not a strong shooting team, just 66.9 ppg and shooting 41% as a team. They are off a blowout loss and the Moccasins are 4-10 ATS in their last 14 games following a loss and 4-10 ATS in their last 14 vs. the Southern Conference. Appalachian State picked up a 79-70 win when the teams last met on Feb. 15, 2012, so grab the undervalued and red hot visitors. Play Appalachian State! |

01-16-13 | UNLV v. San Diego St -3.5 | Top | 82-75 | Loss | -110 | 27 h 18 m | Show |
01/16 10:00 PM EST CB (801) UNLV VS (802) SAN DIEGO STATE
Take: (802) Mountain West Conference Game of the Year: San Diego State. A young UNLV team is talented and getting a lot of press, but they are 1-1 in the conference, getting pushed around at New Mexico. They are also just 3-2 straight up away from home. The Runnin' Rebels are 6-15 ATS in their last 21 games vs. a team with a winning record and 2-14 ATS in their last 16 road games! San Diego State (14-2) is 2-0 in the Mountain West and has lost only two games -- to No. 9 Syracuse and No. 3 Arizona. And that loss to Arizona was by one point as a +5 dog. Defense wins showdown games like this, as well as home court, and San Diego State is second in the Mountain West in points allowed (59 pg) and tops in field goal shooting defense (37.4%). The Aztecs are 34-16-1 ATS in their last 51 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600 and 21-9 ATS in their last 30 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. UNLV ranks 5th in the conference in points allowed and the Runnin' Rebels are 5-16-1 ATS in the last 22 meetings, including 0-5 ATS in the last 5 meetings in San Diego St. Play San Diego State! |

01/15 9:00 PM EST CB (529) WISCONSIN VS (530) INDIANA
Take: (530) Big 10 TV Blowout Game of the Year: Indiana. Wisconsin heads out on the road where the Badgers are 0-5 ATS their last 5 road games. They also don't step up well in competition, with Badgers 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games vs. a team with a winning record. No. 2 Indiana plays its second straight home game after an 88-81 win over No. 8 Minnesota. This team is loaded, tops in college basketball in points scored (87 ppg) and 4th in shooting, a sizzling 51% from the field behind Cody Zeller. Indiana leads the nation in scoring differential (26.6), free throws made (333) and are second in free throws attempted (451). They also leads the Big Ten in field goal percentage (51.1, 4th nationally), free throw percentage (73.8), 3-point field goal percentage (41.9, 6th nationally) and assists (17.1). The Hoosiers are 19-7 ATS in their last 26 home games and will be sky high for this conference game. Play Indiana! |

01-14-13 | Orlando Magic v. Washington Wizards -2 | Top | 91-120 | Win | 100 | 19 h 11 m | Show |
Southeast Division Game of the Year : Two Southeast teams that combined don't have as many wins as division leader Miami. The Orlando Magic (13-23 SU, 19-16 ATS, 21-15 O/U) broke their 10-game losing streak on Friday with a win at the Clippers, 104-101. Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards have quietly won two straight games beating Oklahoma 101-99 and Atlanta, 93-83. The Wizards were the final team in the NBA to win two consecutive games this year. And in no small part, the return of guard John Wall has fueled this win streak. Wall, returning after missing the first 33 games with a knee injury, hit three of the teams final five field goals in their win over Atlanta. The return of Wall has energized this club as they are 1-0 now win him in the lineup, while winning just five of their previous 33 games. Many predicted the Wizards to be a playoff caliber team entering the season, but the loss of Wall put a damper on those aspirations. However, tonight I fully expect the Wizards to run their win streak to three games with lots of enthusiasm now that Wall has returned. Take the Wizards here on Monday, your SouthEast Divisional Game of the year.

01-11-13 | Oklahoma City Thunder -5.5 v. Los Angeles Lakers | Top | 116-101 | Win | 100 | 10 h 26 m | Show |
01/11 10:35 PM NBA (821) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER VS (822) LOS ANGELES LAKERS
Take: (821) Western Conference Game of the Year: Oklahoma City. The short-handed Lakers gave it their all the last game, losing at San Antonio 108-105. But don't be fooled: they played worse than that. LA was down by double digits entering the fourth, allowed 48.8% shooting for the game and the Spurs nailed 12 of 25 threes! This Laker team plays zero defense for new coach Mike Dantoni, this biggest reason they are underachieving. But there are more problems, such as one that was prevalent a year ago: a bad defensive backcourt that gets taken apart by young, quick guards. It won't get any easier here against Russell Westbrook and the powerhouse Thunder. The Lakers are 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games playing on one days rest and 16-34-1 ATS in their last 51 games following an ATS win. The Lakers like to run and don't have the personnel, and now they don't have any depth or big men. The Thunder is 21-8-2 ATS in their last 31 vs. the Western Conference. And when these teams meet the Thunder is 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Los Angeles, plus the road team is 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Play Oklahoma City! |

01-10-13 | Miami Heat -4 v. Portland Trail Blazers | Top | 90-92 | Loss | -110 | 31 h 43 m | Show |
01/10 10:35 PM EST NBA (505) MIAMI HEAT VS (506) PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS
Take: (505) High Roller NBA TV Steamroller: Heat. Portland lacks bench strength and defense and both those will be huge problems here exploited by the defending champs. Even in an OT win over Orlando the last game, their 3rd win in a row, Portland allowed 49.5% shooting and 11 three pointers. That's been a problem all season, 21st in the NBA in points allowed and third worst in the league in field goal shooting defense, allowing .463%. And there bench doesn't strike fear in anyone with Luke Babbitt, Victor Claver, Joel Freeland and Ronnie Price. The foursome averaged 12 minutes in the overtime against orlando and when on the floor the team was -1, 0, -9 and -12 against the Magic. The Blazers are 5-12-1 ATS in their last 18 games playing on 2 days rest. Miami (4th in the NBA in points scored) won't be in a good mood, off a terrible game at Indiana, scoring 77 points and losing by double digits despite allowing just 36% shooting. The Heat is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. the Western Conference, 4-0 ATS in their last 4 vs. the NBA Northwest. The Miami bench is so much better with Mike Miller, Shane Battier, Norris Cole and Ray Allen -- oh, and the starters are better, too, with James, Bosh and Wade. The road team is 16-5 ATS in the last 21 meetings and the Heat is 7-2 ATS in the last 9 meetings in Portland. Play the Miami Heat. |

01-09-13 | Minnesota Timberwolves v. Oklahoma City Thunder -11 | Top | 84-106 | Win | 100 | 29 h 59 m | Show |
01/09 8:05 PM EST NBA (711) MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES VS (712) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER
Take: (712) NBA Home Court Crusher Game of the Month: Oklahoma City. Minnesota can play with anyone with the remarkable Kevin Love, but Love is out with a broken hand. Throw in the Ricky Rubio back spasms and this team has all kinds of depth problems. Oklahoma City plays its second straight home game, but won't be in a good mood after an embarrassing home loss to Washington, 101-99. Say what? That's right, Bradley Beal made a jumper with 0.3 seconds left Monday night, lifting the short-handed Wizards to a stunning upset at Oklahoma City Thunder, who missed 16 straight shots at one stretch. They were 12-point favorites and blew it after leading by 10 after one. The Thunder are 20-8-2 ATS in their last 30 vs. the Western Conference. The home team is 11-5 ATS in the last 16 meetings and the Timberwolves are 4-9-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings in Oklahoma City. Play Oklahoma City. |

01-08-13 | Miami Heat v. Indiana Pacers +4 | Top | 77-87 | Win | 100 | 28 h 33 m | Show |
01/08 7:05 PM EST NBA (501) MIAMI HEAT VS (502) INDIANA PACERS
Take: (502) NBA Revenge Game of the Month: Pacers. On the way to winning the title last year, Miami embarrassed the Pacers in the playoffs, rallying from a 2-1 series deficit by winning 3 straight. GM Larry Bird called his team "soft". Now Miami returns to the scene of the crime playing uneven basketball, 3-3 SU/1-5 ATS the last 6 games despite being favored in all 6. This is the start of a 6-game trip for them, and their 5th road game over the last 8 games. This game means little to them and they've been pretty much a .500 road team (7-6). For Indiana, though, this game has tremendous meaning, with the champs in town and folks talking about the Pacers' collapse back in May. Roy Hibbert had his best game in almost two months when he scored 20 points, grabbed 15 rebounds, including a career-high 11 offensive boards, and blocked five shots in the Pacers' 95-80 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks the last game, part of a nice 10-3 SU, 8-5 ATS run. And the Pacers are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 home games. Play the Pacers! |

01/08 7:00 PM EST CB (519) BAYLOR VS (520) TEXAS TECH
Take: (520) Big 12 TV Game of the Year: Texas Tech. Baylor has been vastly overvalued in conference play, with the Bears 12-26 ATS in their last 38 vs. the Big 12! Baylor has not played many road games (1-1) and two games ago gave up 94 points in a loss at Gonzaga, and they come off a grueling OT win at home over Texas. Texas Tech has won 3 in a row and has great balance on offense. Jaye Crockett, who was named the Big 12 Player of the Week last week, is the nation's No. 1 Sixth Man in terms of scoring (15.0 points) and rebounding (8.8 boards) off the bench among the major conferences. Crockett has led the team in scoring nine times this season. The home crowd will be sky high and the underdog is 13-6 ATS in the last 19 meetings. Play Texas Tech! |

01/05 10:00 PM EST CB (621) CS FULLERTON VS (622) CS NORTHRIDGE
Take: (622) Big West Game of the Year: Northridge. Fullerton has a winning record overall (barely), but the Titans are 1-5 on the road and home from a brutal trip, a loss at Hawaii, 90-88. They allowed 56% shooting and blew an 11-point lead with 5:28 remaining. The Titans are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 vs. the Big West and face a Northridge team that is on a 10-3 ATS run. The Matadors are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning record and 5-2 ATS following a spread loss. When these teams meet the Titans are 0-5 ATS in the last 5 meetings and this is a great situational handicapping spot for the home team. Play Northridge. |

Take: (503) Road Warrior Game of the Year: New York Knicks. Orlando has given it their all the last two games to try and end this 7-game skid, but suffered back to back excruciating losses by a basket each time to the Heat and Bulls. It doesn't get any easier here against the powerhouse Knicks. Orlando is banged up, with Power forward/center Gustavo Ay |

01/04 10:35 PM EST NBA (821) LOS ANGELES LAKERS VS (822) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS
Take: (821) LOS ANGELES LAKERS Reason: Rivalry Game of the Month: LA Lakers. The Lakers are healthy and getting it together on a 6-2 run despite a loss the last game. The Lakers are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games playing on 2 days rest and will be up for this one against their city rival, a Clipper team that has been getting so much notoriety. The Clippers are less rested, playing 8 of their last 12 on the road. They have worn down the last two games, losing at Denver (92-78) and at Golden State (115-94). L.A. got pushed around by Golden State, their second consecutive subpar effort. "We are just terrible," Chris Paul says. The Clippers built a 17-game winning streak by taking advantage of a soft schedule. The Clippers are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games following a loss and 0-6-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a loss of more than 10 points. Play the LA Lakers. |

12-31-12 | Indiana v. Iowa +7 | Top | 69-65 | Win | 100 | 14 h 46 m | Show |
Big 10 TV Game of the Month: No.5 Indiana travels to Iowa for a Big 10 matchup here on Monday. Indiana lost it's No. 1 ranking with a loss to Butler on Dec 15, 88-86. Since the loss, the Hoosiers mopped-up some non-conference foes like Mount St Mary's, Florida Atlantic and Jacksonville. Now the conference schedule begins with a big test here for Indiana against a 11-2 Iowa. Iowa beat the Hoosiers on this court last season by 12-points and you know they had this game circled on the schedule prior to this season. HC Fran MCCaffrey is in his second season at the helm of the Hawkeyes and should have the club even more ready for Indiana tonight. Iowa has a deep bench and they will use that to their advantage here. We get seven points , but I won't be surprised at all with a straight-up win by Iowa. Take the points and the Hawkeyes.

12/26 8:05 PM EST NBA (713) BROOKLYN NETS VS (714) MILWAUKEE BUCKS
Take: (714) NBA High Roller Situational Slam: Bucks. Brooklyn has a losing record on the road and is in a bad situational spot, playing their 3rd game in 4 nights plus the second of a back to back spot after battling Boston yesterday. They have looked like a tired team, too, on a bad run both straight up and against the spread (3-8 SU/2-9 ATS). The Nets are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games playing on no days rest. They face a rested Milwaukee team that has a dynamite backcourt with Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis plus a strong bench. Veteran guard BenoBeno Udrih was back on the practice court this week for the first time since spraining his right ankle in a game at Minnesota on Nov. 30. He has missed the last 12 games and expects to play this game. With Mike Dunleavy and Udrih on a bench, the unit also features power forward Ersan Ilyasova, center-forward Ekpe Udoh, forward Drew Gooden, centers Samuel Dalembert and Joel Przybilla, rookie guard Doron Lamb, rookie forward John Henson and small forward Tobias Harris. Milwaukee ranks eighth in bench points (36.5 per game). The Bucks are 42-14-2 ATS in their last 58 vs. the NBA Atlantic and 6-1 ATS in their last 7 against the Eastern Conference. 12/25 10:00 PM CB (517) SAN DIEGO STATE VS (518) ARIZONA
Take: (518) Inner Circle Bailout Game of the Month: Arizona. The championship game of the Diamondhead Classic from Honolulu, Hawaii. Arizona has so much talent (11-0), athletic, with great defense and one of the top offensive teams in the country striking for 77.4 ppg. The Wildcats are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning record. They are off a blowout win of Miami of the ACC, as Arizona shot 52 percent from the field in the first half, dominated the glass, 46-20, and limited UM to 36.5 percent shooting. The Aztecs (11-1) were less impressive with a 62-55 win Sunday over Indiana State. It's a revenge game, too, as San Diego State topped Arizona 61-57 a year ago. San Diego State sprinted to a 21-4 lead and Arizona never recovered, ending Arizona's 22-game homecourt win streak -- but not this time. All-time, Arizona is 19-9 (.679) in games played in Hawaii and the favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Play Arizona! |

12/25 5:30 PM NBA (505) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER VS (506) MIAMI HEAT
Take: (506) NBA Marquee TV Matchup Massacre: Heat. Rematch of the NBA Finals on Xmas Day, and who has the edge? It's evenly matchup, but a closer look finds that the home team has dominated: The favorite is 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings and the home team is 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings. The Miami Heat topped the Utah Jazz, their last game, their fourth consecutive game. The Heat (18-6) played without a center in the traditional sense of the position, starting LeBron James, Shane Battier and Udonis Haslem with Chris Bosh battling the flu, though he's back for this one. James led the Heat with 30 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, dominating the game simultaneously as a small forward, power forward and point guard. The Heat has won four consecutive games and has held its past seven opponents under 100 points. Oklahoma City plays its third straight road game and looked out of gas the last game, a 99-93 loss at Minnesota as a favorite. The Thunder is 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings, including 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings in Miami. Play the Heat. |

Mississippi (8-1) is a beast, 11th in the nation in scoring (81.6 ppg) and 9th in rebounding as junior G Marshall Henderson leads the SEC in scoring averaging 17.8 ppg. 12-18-12 | Boston Celtics +1.5 v. Chicago Bulls | Top | 89-100 | Loss | -110 | 26 h 14 m | Show |
12/18 8:05 PM NBA (509) BOSTON CELTICS VS (510) CHICAGO BULLS
Take: (509) NBA Dog of the Month: Celtics. Boston opened a dog here but should be favored. This is a deep team that added new pieces for this season, 12th in the NBA in points scored, tops in assists. Boston winds up a three-game trip here, and has had 2 days to rest after a tough trip to Texas, back to back losses at Houston and San Antonio, so this is a great bounce back spot. Then there is Chicago, roughly a .500 team (7-6) at home and in the second of a back to back spot, at Memphis, while the Celtics are rested. The Bulls are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning record and 2-11 ATS in their last 13 home games. After Saturday |
