QB Kirk Cousins (21 TDs, 8 INTs) leads a talented attack that is #2 in yards, #9 in points. The Redskins are on an 8-1 spread run and face a Philadelphia team that has been a mess since a fluky 3-0 September start. The lone win as Sunday, however, smacking the Eagles silly, 32-14. Now they get the softest team in the NFL, a winless Cleveland team getting outscored by 155 points -- most in the league. Monday Night Football goes where no MNF games has gone before, Mexico City. This game is part of the NFL's International series. What makes this contest even more interesting is that Mexico City is over 7300 feet in elevation. That's almost 2000 more feet than Mile High Stadium in Denver. The Oakland Raiders have the 4th rated scoring offense in the NFL, averaging 27.2 ppg this season. They have a three game winning streak and have scored at least 30 in each of those games. The Raiders also have a very balanced offense, with 127.9 rushing yards per game and 273.3 passing yards. That makes them the 4th best offensive team in the NFL. The issue isn't offense, it's their defense. The Raiders are 22nd in scoring defense and 29th in overall defense. As for the Texans, they look to improve on their two-game win streak. The offense hasn't been what was expected with the arrival of Brock Osweiler at QB. He has one of the best targets in the NFL in DeAndre Hopkins. However, it's been a down year for Hopkins as he has yet to click with his new QB. Raider's QB Derek Carr has been fantastic this year, with two of the best NFL receivers at his disposal in Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree. Offensively, I give a big nod to the Raiders, while defensively the Texans are the better of the two. The Rushing defense for Houston isn't very good (26th in the NFL) so look for a lot of Latavius Murray in this one. I like the Raiders to continue their offensive ways and take this over the Texans. Play Oakland.

Take: Division Dominator of the Year, (465) PITTSBURGH STEELERS Reason: Pittsburgh brings a speed-oriented offense into this key division game, with the Steelers battling Baltimore for first place. They face a horrible Cleveland defense that is #31 in the NFL in yards allowed, #31 in points (30.1 ppg), #26 against the pass. After blowing a home game to Dallas in the final seconds the Steelers won't be in a friendly mood and have the talent to run it up. Play the Steelers.

11/19 07:30 PM CF (405) USC VS (406) UCLA. Take: (405) USC. Reason: USC has won six in a row, its latest a 26-13 road victory against then-No. 4 Washington, lifting the Trojans back into the coaches poll. The Trojans are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 road games vs. a team with a losing home record. UCLA also sat in the preseason top 25, dropped out after losing its season opener to Texas A&M and never rebounded the way USC did, losing five of six before beating a weak Oregon State team at the Rose Bowl last week. Both teams also changed quarterbacks during the season -- USC because of ineffectiveness and UCLA because of injury -- and those moves have coincided with the directions each team continues to travel. UCLA is ranked 127th out of 128 Division I teams in rushing. The Bruins are 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games on grass and the Favorite is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 meetings between these rivals. Play USC.

Oklahoma has played eight top 10 teams since WVU joined the conference in 2012 and is 2-6, including a 1-1 record when the Sooners were also in the top 10. Play West Virginia.

The Saints are still only one game out of first in the loss column behind Atlanta, who also lost Sunday. New Orleans has a terrific offense, tops in the NFL in yards, second in points (29.4 ppg). Both clubs in big need of a win here on Monday Night. The Bengals are just 3-4-1 and trail both the Ravens and the Steelers in the AFC North. Baring a complete collapse by Dallas, the Giants will have to try for one of the NFC Wild Cards. New York is 5-3 and in the middle of a dogfight with four other NFC clubs for that playoff spot. New York is terrible in rushing, ranked 32nd in the league. The passing game is 9th with 271.6 ypg. Cincinnati has a lot of teams to climb over in the AFC wild card race. The Benals are 5th in passing yards (275.1) and 7th in rushing (120.3). These clubs are very similar. With the Bengals defense aging and allowing a lot more points (20.9 ppg), I like the Giants here on Monday at pick'em.

Take: Jim Feist's CFB Home Field Game of the Year, (414) NORTHWESTERN Reason: Wisconsin heads out on the road and the Badgers are 6-15-1 ATS after accumulating less than 170 yards passing in their previous game. The Northwestern Wildcats saw their three-game winning streak snapped in the 24-20 setback at Oho State to fall back into a four-way tie for second place in the division, but they have defeated a ranked Wisconsin team in each of the school's last four meetings at Ryan Field since 1999. The Wildcats are 21-10 ATS following an ATS win. The home team is 8-1 ATS in their last 9 meetings and the Badgers are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 meetings in Northwestern. Play Northwestern.

The Owls are 35-17 ATS in their last 52 games after allowing less than 20 points in their previous game. The UConn Huskies were embarrassed by an East Carolina team that entered with a 2-5 record, dropping last week's contest 41-3. The Chippewas are coming off back-to-back conference losses against Toledo and Kent State. On the road, the Central Michigan Chippewas are averaging 29.0 scoring, but allowing 33.8 points scored on defense. Central Michigan is on a 1-5 spread run and heads to Miami of Ohio. The Redhawks are on a 10-4 ATS run, including 7-3 ATS in their last 10 conference games. After opening the year with six consecutive losses, Miami (Ohio) has rattled off three straight victories against Kent State, Bowling Green and Eastern Michigan, so Miami currently sits at No. 3 in the MAC East. Sophomore running back Kenny Smith gashed Bowling Green's defense for 118 yards on just eight carries two weeks ago, and last week against Eastern Michigan, Smith ran for 58 yards and a touchdown on only four carries. He's proving himself to be a capable pass catcher, as well. Smith has amassed 385 rushing yards and a touchdown on 63 carries, good for 6.1 yards per carry. The speedy backfield threat should find success in this game against a Central Michigan run defense that ranks 56th in the nation. Play Miami of Ohio.

Do you think maybe the Patriots looking to exact some revenge in this contest? Back in game four of the season in New England, the Pats were shut-out at home by the Bills. The Pats were led by inured QB Jacoby Brissett and were embarrassed at home, 16-0. The Pats now have Tom Brady back at the helm and have won and covered all three of his starts since week 4. In fact, the Patriots have scored, 33, 35 and 27 points in their last three games with Brady. The Bills will also be without their star running back, LeSean McCoy. McCoy has been downgraded to doubtful for this contest. McCoy has seven TDs in his seven games. 10/16 1:00 PM EST NFL (253) BALTIMORE RAVENS VS (254) NEW YORK GIANTS. Take: (253) BALTIMORE RAVENS Reason: 10-Star NFL Dog of the Week: Baltimore. Baltimore is a good team off a bad game, struggling in a 16-10 loss to Washington. Baltimore is fourth in the NFL defensively against the run, third in total yards allowed, fifth against the pass, plus seventh in points allowed (17.6 ppg). And the offense made a change at office coordinator for this week, which will help. They face a terrible NY Giants offensive line and stumbling offense on a 0-3 SU, 0-2-1 ATS run. New York has not covered a game this season (0-3-2 ATS). The offense is #27 in points scored (17.8 ppg) while the pass defense is ranked #21. They come off a pitiful showing, a 23-16 loss at Green Bay, going 4-for-13 on third down. New York's Eli Manning was 18 of 35 for 199 yards and was sacked three times, with 2 picks. The battered secondary lost CB Eli Apple to a groin injury in the second quarter. The rookie missed New York's 24-10 loss last week at Minnesota because of a hamstring injury. Play Baltimore.

10/16 1:00 PM EST NFL (267) PHILADELPHIA EAGLES VS (268) WASHINGTON REDSKINS. Take: (268) WASHINGTON REDSKINS Reason: Defensive coordinators are getting some film now on rookie QB Carson Wentz, and he was sacked 3 times with a pick in Sunday's 24-23 loss at Detroit as a favorite. Philadelphia hurt its chances of staying undefeated with 14 penalties for 111 yards. Now they head out on the road again to face a 3-2 Washington squad off a 16-10 road win at Baltimore. Washington gave up a touchdown on the game's opening drive and smothered the Ravens the rest of the way. Washington repeatedly frustrated Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco, who was 30 for 46 for 210 yards and sacked three times. Play Washington.
