12-23-19 | Capitals +115 v. Bruins | Top | 3-7 | Loss | -100 | 7 h 51 m | Show |
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Caps Bullet Analysis: The Bruins are is a 2-4-4 funk (2-8) despite still leading the very weak Atlantic division. The Caps have been the best team in the NHL start to finish in the first 1/3 of the season and can look to send a little message to that effect here … and at plus money! |
12-22-19 | Golden Knights -140 v. Sharks | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 15 h 7 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Las Vegas Golden Knights VGK/Sharks is now arguably THE premier rivalry in the Western Conference today. The teams do not like each other one bit and the this year's series season finale will be payed with playoff intensity. VGK won the first two games, a home and home to start the season and the Sharks won in OT in late November. The Knights might just have been looking ahead to this game while playing poorly in Vancouver in their last. Looking for a energized focused effort here against a San Jose outfit that was mauled by St Louis last night. Fleury has it all over Martin Jones. |
12-21-19 | Lightning v. Capitals +102 | Top | 1-3 | Win | 102 | 10 h 22 m | Show |
Mack Attack NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Caps Thought I smelled a rat looking at this line. Not the best of spots for the Caps who beat the Devils 6-3 in New Jersey last night. Multiple Caps on the injury report as well but just minor dings and as of this writing, nobody has been "declared" out. The Caps have won both meetings this year, the last just one week ago tonight when the Caps spanked the Bolts 5-2 on their home ice. Been waiting for Tampa Bay to get it together but that just hasn't happened. Old hockey adage is that you are what you are by Thanksgiving. Might be time to accept that the Lightning's window has closed and that this is a .500 tea across the board. In the mean time take Washington to extend their series run to four straight games. |
12-16-19 | Capitals -155 v. Blue Jackets | 0-3 | Loss | -155 | 7 h 46 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Capitals The Caps are on a record points pace through a third of the NHL schedule and hitting on all cylinders. Washington is 8-1-1 L10 and a mind boggling 15-2-1 on enemy ice. The Caps only regulation loss in 10 games was to these same Blue Jackets so you would figure the visitors to be on guard here. In two more games than Columbus, Washington has scored 46 more goals. Can't beat 55 cents if you are going to plays. |
12-15-19 | Kings -120 v. Red Wings | 4-2 | Win | 100 | 8 h 50 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Kings This is B2B for both teams, the Kings shootout losers at Pittsburgh, the Wings 2-1 winners at Montreal. The Kings prior were off impressive wins over the Rangers and Ducks and overall you have to like their play over the last 10 days, the goaltending has been outstanding. The Wings have won two straight after 12 straight losses. These two improbable would seem to be an aberration as their three games prior were losses by a 15-4 aggregate. Jack Campbell looks to get the call between the pipes here and his number are slightly better than Jamie Quick. Have seen the Kings a lot of late and will play here with confidence. |
12-14-19 | Devils v. Coyotes -205 | 2-1 | Loss | -205 | 8 h 4 m | Show
DMack Subscriber NHL Bonus Play is on the Arizona Coyotes Don't look now but Arizona sits atop the Pacific division. Their defense and goaltending has been excellent and if this team were to ever get a dominant scorer … look out! In the mean time, watch the Desert Dogs to continue to pound teams like the Devils who are 5-10 on the road and 2-7-1 L10. The price ??? I'm sure we've all laid worse with less qualified baseball favorites. Not necessarily a great puck-line bet but you don't pay juice when you win either. |
12-14-19 | Capitals +117 v. Lightning | 5-2 | Win | 117 | 7 h 22 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Capitals Things have really broken right for the Caps who are off to a historic start. Washington played a tough early season heavy schedule and are now well rested with easy to deal with schedule as teams look to make up games. The Caps have without question shook off their 2017 Cup hangover and will be tough to deal with with their big time snipers and excellent special teams. Tampa Bay has had a third of the season to show that they are better than an off kilter .500 team and haven't. |
12-14-19 | Flyers v. Wild -118 | 1-4 | Win | 100 | 7 h 57 m | Show
DMack Subscriber NHL Bonus Play is on the Minnesota Wild The Wild sit fifth in the loaded Central division of the Western Conference but expect this team to make a move in the next 30 days. The Wild have played 20 road games and just 12 home games where they've lost just once (8-1-3) in regulation. They play a similar team here in the Flyers who are killers at home but very ordinary on enemy ice. Strangely enough, the Wild go on the road again for three games before coming home to play 8 of 10 at home through Jan 12th. Looking for Minnesota to make the best of a good spot here. |
12-12-19 | Hurricanes -110 v. Canucks | 0-1 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 43 m | Show
DMack's Subscriber NHL Bonus Play winner is on the Carolina Hurricane The Canes have won three straight and four of five with the lose loss 2-0 at Boston, no shame there. Carolina is 19-11-1 with an excellent goal differential. The Canes showed "buy" signs last year and look to be ready to take the next step this year as the best team you're probably least familiar with. Carolina smoked division leading Edmonton 6-3 in game one of this challenging five-game (Calgary, Winnipeg, Colorado, on deck) and appear ready for more with the offense hitting on all cylinders. |
12-12-19 | Jets -1.5 v. Red Wings | 2-5 | Loss | -100 | 7 h 25 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is the Winnipeg Jets on the Puck-Line The Wings have lost 12 straight games, the last 10 in regulation and face a red hot Jet team that is rolling after a slow start. The Jets are 7-2-1 L10 overall and 10-5-1 on enemy ice, one of the best records in the league. This is a rare 48 hour home-and-home and the Jets easily handled the Wings 5-1 in Manitoba on Tuesday. We had a lot of success using this strategy the last two weeks, increasing profit and mitigating damages. Lay the 1.5 for the positive return. |
12-12-19 | Blue Jackets v. Penguins -170 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 7 h 35 m | Show
DMack's Subscriber NHL Bonus Play winner is on the Pittsburgh Penguins The Pens have done a great job holding down the fort while Sidney Crosby recovers from sports hernia surgery and has been especially (12-4-2) tough at home. Pitt has had to trouble putting the puck in net and is 3rd in goals without "The Kid" in the lineup. Only Detroit and New Jersey have scored less than the Blue Jackets who rock a 4-9 road record when combined with their lack of fire power makes the 70 cents acceptable. |
12-11-19 | Flyers v. Avalanche -155 | 1-3 | Win | 100 | 10 h 11 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Colorado Avalanche The Flyers are playoff team out of the East but make no mistake, their current hot 7-2-1 L10 run is beating up team from the Eastern Conference on their home ice where they are super tough. Philly is on the road here against a team that could very well contend for the Stanley Cup coming out of the much tougher and superior West and the Avs will start catching up on home games after playing a road heavy first 30 games. The McKinnon line is arguably the most dangerous in the league and the Flyers will have problems keeping off the board here. Colo a tad expensive here but the price is reflective of Avs quality. |
12-09-19 | Blue Jackets v. Capitals -1.5 | 5-2 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 10 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Capitals Puckline (-1.5, +121) There is an old adage in the NHL that says you are what you are by Thanksgiving and at this point we know that the Blue Jackets are in a complete rebuild as we knew that they would be after going all in at the playoffs last year. The Caps are their Stanley Cup winning form of two years ago and and are a scoring machine with 115 goals in 31 games. Columbus has just 71 albeit with two games at hand. Cap special team and relentless pressure will be too much here and puckline mitigates damage just in case and adds tons of value. |
12-08-19 | Coyotes v. Blackhawks UNDER 5.5 | 4-3 | Loss | -110 | 14 h 32 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Coyotes/Blackhawks Under For a brief minute, the upstart Coyotes were atop the Pacific division. The 17-10-1 Desert Dogs do it with solid defense, timely scoring, and light's out goaltending from sleeper Vezina Trophy candidate Darcy Kuemper. Both teams have limited scoring option, the Blackhawk's revolving around Kane and Toewes. Seven of Arizona's L10 games have produced five or less goals and we expect similar here in a game that has 2-0, 3-1, 2-1 written all over it. |
12-07-19 | Kings v. Flames UNDER 5.5 | 3-4 | Loss | -100 | 17 h 10 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Kings/Flames Under Both teams are at the bottom of the league in scoring with 77 and 74 goals respectively. That said, solid defense and strong goaltending has kept these teams in games. The Kings are virtually unplayable at this point unless they are on home ice. Likely to see Jack Campbell between the pipes tonight for Los Angeles and statistically he's been better than Jamie Quick and is well rested. |
12-07-19 | Penguins -1.5 v. Red Wings | 5-3 | Win | 126 | 14 h 60 m | Show
DMack NHL Power Pack Play is on the Pittsburgh Penguins puckline Even on the road and on the back end of a B2B, don't mind giving 1.5 with the Pens against a Wing team that has lost 10 (0-8-2) straight. Sid the Kid is out till the first of the year recovering from sports hernia surgery but Malkin, Geuntzel, and McCann have picked their end of the scoring. Pens generally win these types of games and the extra half goal mitigates possible two dollar damages. |
12-07-19 | Blue Jackets v. Panthers -156 | 1-4 | Win | 100 | 14 h 3 m | Show
DMack NHL Power Pack Play is on the Florida Panthers The Panthers are in third in the very weak Atlantic but still have multiple games in hand. The Jackets have scored 26 less goals than the offensively minded Panthers despite having played two more games and just don't have the fire power to keep up on enemy ice. |
12-06-19 | Capitals -150 v. Ducks | 3-2 | Win | 100 | 10 h 49 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Capitals Know the old expression, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" ??? That's what we're doing here with the Washington Caps on this West coast swing where they seem to be laying just 50 cents against the worst of bottom feeders. The Caps are 13-2-1 on the road and 7-2-1 L10 overall. They lead the NHL in points and goals and have basically relaxed for two days after routinely dispatching the Kings 48 hour ago. |
12-05-19 | Coyotes v. Flyers UNDER 5.5 | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 7 h 39 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is the Coyotes/Flyers Under The Coyotes are the surprise of the first quarter of the season and they've done it with defense and lights out goaltending. The Desert Dogs are 9-3-3 on the road and face a Flyer team that is super tough (9-1 in regulation) at home and on current five game win streak. Arizona's G Keumper's number are super and on face, this game looks like a matchup where goals will hard to come by. Play the Under. |
12-04-19 | Capitals -142 v. Kings | Top | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 9 h 55 m | Show |
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Capitals It's fairly obvious to see that the Caps have brushed away their Stanley Cup championship hangover and are hungry again and really taking care of business. The Ovechkins have won four straight and are 12-2-1 on the road in 15 games this year, 7-2-1 L10. The Kings are a different team at home (9-5-1) as opposed to the road (2-10-1) but lack the fire power (have scored 37 less goals than the Caps) to trade with Washington. The price is fair and the Kings would need a monumental effort from Jamie Quick to even compete here. |
12-03-19 | Islanders +107 v. Canadiens | 2-4 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 59 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the NY Islanders We've been doing very well with both of these teams of late, tailing the Islanders and fading the Canadiens. The 18-5-2 Islanders have been the gold standard of the NHL through 25 games, seemingly with a flaw to their game. NYI is 7-3-1 on the road, 7-2-1 L10 and face a Hab outfit that lost five straight by a 27-14 aggregate. The 27 goals allowed is most disturbing as it is almost half the goals the visitors have allowed in 25 games. Wrong team favored here. |
12-02-19 | Blues -127 v. Blackhawks | 4-0 | Win | 100 | 31 h 17 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the St Louis Blues The champs lead the Western Conference in points despite battling numerous key injuring and look to be well on the road to defend their Stanley Cup title. St Louis is 9-2 in regulation time on enemy ice and face a Blackhawks team that is off two straight coolers after a pretty good run. Chicago has had trouble keeping the puck out of its own net and is off a 7-3 spanking in Denver Saturday. The Blues drilled Pittsburgh 5-2 Saturday and in a good scheduling spot the next seven days. The price is definite right. |
11-30-19 | Blue Jackets v. Islanders -165 | 0-2 | Win | 100 | 9 h 47 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the NY Islanders The Jackets are in the bottom three in the league in goals scored and that's after a five-goal "explosion" in a 5-2 win over Pittsburgh last night. Not good, against a stone wall defensive team like the Islander with excellent goaltending. The Islanders are 10-2-1 on home ice, not really a bullet for a team that is 16-5-2 overall but this team showed signs last year in the first year under Barry Trotz and obviously for real. Price is fair considering Jackets second of B2B plus travel. |
11-29-19 | Jets +101 v. Ducks | 3-0 | Win | 101 | 16 h 42 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Winnipeg Jets The Jets got off to a slow start but have found their groove and are currently on a sweet 7-2-1 run in their L10. Winnipeg has done it's best work on the road and rocks the best record on enemy ice in the Western Conference at 9-4-0. The Ducks are in danger of watching their season crash and burn thanks to their current 2-5-3 run. The Quack Attack has not found the back of the net and very few teams can trade goals with the Jets. |
11-27-19 | Ducks v. Coyotes -135 | 3-4 | Win | 100 | 7 h 25 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Arizona Coyotes I'm one of the few believers in the Coyotes who think their fast start is no aberration. The Desert Dogs were showing signs last year and that has carried over into this year with even better results. In many ways, the Coyotes are the "Islanders Light". Great goaltending, excellent defense and coaching but missing the proven goal scorers that can put them over the top. The Ducks are struggling at 4-7-1 on the road and 2-5-3 L10 and don't figure to improve here. |

11-26-19 | Bruins -110 v. Canadiens | 8-1 | Win | 100 | 7 h 36 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Boston Bruins Love these original six matchups, old-school rivalries and bad blood still run deep between these two after 100 years. Boston is 15-3 in 60 minute regulation but for whatever reason has lost 5 games in OT or shootouts which is surprising in that they several players that are great one-on-one and in open ice and also get excellent goaltending from Rask. in any case, the Bruins are 6-3-1 on enemy ice facing a team it doesn't like that is basically 6-6 at home. The Bruins far and away own the best goal differential the league and handle business at a nice price here. |
11-23-19 | Flames v. Flyers -120 | 3-2 | Loss | -120 | 11 h 48 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Philadelphia Flyers The Rangers struggle on enemy ice and are not in a good spot here in the second of B2Bs after getting waxed 4-1 last night at Ottawa in game where nothing happened the final 30 minutes. The King played for Broadway last night so back-up (identical stats to Lundqvist in 9 starts) will be between the pipes tonight. Flyers (6-1-3) have just one loss on home ice in regular time and are very tough to deal with in Philly. |
11-22-19 | Rangers v. Senators UNDER 6.5 | 1-4 | Win | 104 | 6 h 51 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Rangers/Senators Under The Rangers have been taking the worst of it against high-flyers like the Panthers and Lightning but have been right there versus teams that play a less wide open style like Ottawa. There is little to separate the Broadway Blue goalies who have basically split time. The Sens are hot in winning 4 of 5 and in those wins, allowed two or less goals. Don't see much scoring here in what figures to be a 3-1, 4-2, 3-2 type of game. |
11-21-19 | Penguins v. Islanders -129 | 3-4 | Win | 100 | 6 h 54 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the NY Islanders The Islanders continue to get no respect despite their torrid run (9-0-1 L10) through the league. They've given up a league low 46 goals in 19 games and only the Boston Bruins have a better goal differential. The Penguins have split their L10 games and will now be without Sidney Crosby till after Christmas due to sports hernia surgery. Barry Trotz has done remarkable job with NYI in the year and 20 games that he's had the team. * Subscribers … check back later in the day as I may have more as I continue my work throughout the day. Thanks. |
11-19-19 | Bruins -145 v. Devils | 5-1 | Win | 100 | 1 h 55 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Boston Bruins A salty Bruin team gets back on track at a fair price versus a New Jersey team just 3-7 on home ice. Sorry for bullet analysis and late release. |
11-16-19 | Ducks v. Blues -155 | 4-1 | Loss | -155 | 7 h 50 m | Show
DMack Subscriber NHL Bonus Play is on the St Louis Blues The Blues have only lost three games in regulation and have to be a little salty after losing their last two in extra time. The Ducks have lost 5 straight after a fast start and not worth a sniff in their current form. The Blues should actually be 70-90 cents. |
11-16-19 | Islanders -110 v. Flyers | 4-3 | Win | 100 | 6 h 13 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the NY Islanders The Islanders rage on, now 9-0-1 in their L10. This team just does not give up goals, just 39 in 17 games which is 10 less than any other team in the league. The Flyers are a hit and miss outfit that has played well at home but hasn't played the defense to deal with the Islanders opportunistic snipers. |
11-16-19 | Devils v. Canadiens -160 | 4-3 | Loss | -160 | 6 h 3 m | Show
DMack Subscriber NHL Bonus Play is on the Montreal Canadiens Only the Blue Jackets have scored less goals than the the Devils which is not good against a Montreal team that is sound on both sides of the ice. The Habs are better in every aspect and 60 cent impost is very fair. |
11-13-19 | Stars v. Flames -140 | 3-1 | Loss | -140 | 9 h 56 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Calgary Flames The Wild have seemingly been on the road all year, 3-10 with suitcase in 17 total games. Last night, Minnesota was stopped 3-1 at the Kings, unable to solve Jamie Quick. Better than fair price on the Flames who are 6-1-2 at home and well rested to defend home ice. |
11-12-19 | Coyotes v. Blues -160 | 3-2 | Loss | -160 | 19 h 43 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the St Louis Blues Tough spot for the Coyotes on the back end of B2Bs at Washington and St Louis. Arizona jumped out to a 3-0 lead against the Caps before holding on to win in a shootout. St Louis is 12-3-3 and exhibiting no Cup hangover going 9-1 in their L10. Three days rest makes this spot against the hard trying Coyotes optimal. |
11-10-19 | Golden Knights -160 v. Red Wings | 2-3 | Loss | -160 | 7 h 47 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Vegas Golden Knights VGK has lost 4 of 5 after loss to the Caps last night and need win here to get 2-2 split of this short four-game roadie. The Knights have struggled with an anemic offense and bad plays, especially taking stupid penalties. The Wings are off their best win of the year over Boston but at 5-12-1, they are what they are. The Knights will by flying around today, the wounded animal is the most dangerous animal! |
11-09-19 | Blue Jackets v. Avalanche -145 | 2-4 | Win | 100 | 12 h 52 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Colorado Avs Even being just one point from the cellar of the Eastern Conference cellar, the Jackets have played well considering the way their talent was stripped after their all-in roll of the dice in last year's playoffs. Colorado is 9-5-2 but still getting it figured out. The McKinnon line is arguably the best scoring line in hockey and it won't be long before the Avs get rolling in a big way. The line is very fair and Colorado gets a confident nod. |
11-08-19 | Devils v. Oilers -163 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 10 h 25 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Edmonton Oilers New Jersey is 4-10 on the year, 2-4 on the road and fortunate to be coming off a 2-1 shootout win in Winnipeg in their last outing. This finally appears to be a break out year for the Oilers who have been stock piling talent with high draft picks the last decade. Edmonton sits tied atop the ultra-competitive Pacific division and will be salty off 5-2 home ice loss to the Blues. The price is a bit high but you don't pay juice when you win and will probably be North of 80 cents when they drop the puck. |
11-05-19 | Devils v. Jets -127 | 2-1 | Loss | -127 | 10 h 31 m | Show
DMack NHL Power Pack winner is on the Winnipeg Jets The Devils are 3-5-4 (3-9) despite playing 10 home games and just 4 roadies where they are 1-3. The Jets have won three of four and have had three days to prepare after coming home off roadie. Jets offense is white hot and should have no problem solving Devil defense. |
11-05-19 | Bruins -105 v. Canadiens | 4-5 | Loss | -105 | 9 h 4 m | Show
DMack NHL Power Pack winner is on the Boston Bruins The Bruins continue to roll in the early going. This is second of a B2B for them after tough home win last night where they outscored the Pens 3-0 in the final period. Strangely enough, in this series between bitter original six rivals, the road team has won four straight and six of the past seven. Won't pass Boston here at pick. |
11-05-19 | Golden Knights -133 v. Blue Jackets | 2-1 | Win | 100 | 9 h 33 m | Show
DMack NHL Power Pack winner is on the Vegas Golden Knights The Knights go on the road for four games after losing their L2 at home while sitting on leads to Montreal and Wnnipeg. Three day rest for future Hall of Famer Marc-Andre Fleury, historically his best spot. Urgency with Vegas who should come out flying. |
11-04-19 | Penguins v. Bruins -158 | 4-6 | Win | 100 | 10 h 16 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Boston Bruins At 10-1-2 and with a goal differential of +19, the Bruins have not shown any sort of a hangover from their Stanley Cup final runner up finish last year. The Pens have played well too but this is a heavy home ice series with the host winning the last eight meetings and Boston (6-0-1) doing well in defending their home ice. Price is a tad more than we'd like but you pay a tax on quality. Lay it. |

10-26-19 | Ducks v. Avalanche -153 | 5-2 | Loss | -153 | 10 h 48 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Colorado Avalanche What started as a very promising start for the Ducks has turned into three straight losses as Anaheim has come back to the field. They are what we thought they were. The Avs crushed Vegas in Sin City in yesterday's Nevada Day holiday matinee so the soft trip home should not be a factor in this short turnaround B2B. Avs getting it done on both ends and last year's promise appears to be the real deal this year. |
10-24-19 | Sabres v. Rangers UNDER 6.5 | 2-6 | Loss | -115 | 8 h 37 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Sabres/Rangers Under Buffalo has opened up fast and at 8-1-1 has the most points in the NHL while allowing just 24 goals. The Rangers have lost five straight, scoring just nine goals. Both teams have exceptional goaltending which when combined with the Rangers 6-1 L7 series record makes the low the best way to go in a game that has 3-2 written all over it. |
10-21-19 | Golden Knights -113 v. Flyers | 2-6 | Loss | -113 | 7 h 59 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Vegas Golden Knights The Flyers have lost four straight games, not co-incidentally all Western Conference teams. Philly gets the best of the bunch tonight in Vegas which started this East Coast swing with a 3-0 whitewash of the Penguins for the franchises 100th win. VGK's biggest flaw is defense but that seems to be getting solved with recent changes. Vegas' first two lines are both hitting on all cylinders and special teams, especially the power play, have been excellent. Philly has had trouble scoring, lighting the lamp just 15 times in six games and things don't figure to improve here. Vegas has been getting off the fast starts and if the Knight's solve Hart early, it could be a long KNIGHT for the hosts. The price is definitely right. |

10-19-19 | Senators v. Coyotes UNDER 6 | 2-5 | Loss | -106 | 14 h 46 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Senators/Coyotes UNDER the total of 6 Not the least bit interested in laying -200 with the Coyotes or taking back with the Senators. The TOTAL did peak our interest when we saw 6's straight across the board in a battle of two stingy defensive teams that are struggling to put the biscuit in the basket. In fact both teams average right abut 2.5 goals per game while Arizona is giving up less than 2.00 goals (11 in 6 games) per. If both goaltenders co-operate and play like they been playing the first two weeks of the season, this one could very well be a first to three wins. |
10-18-19 | Stars v. Penguins -136 | 2-4 | Win | 100 | 8 h 54 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Pittsburgh Penguins The Pens are off to a fast start and have played well at both ends of the ice. Pittsburgh has won four straight while allowing two or less goals in four of their l5 while lighting the lamp themselves 23 times. Dallas is off to a horrific start at 1-6-1, 1-4 on the road, and with just 15 goals in eight games which just won't get it done. Pittsburgh has had some injuries but hasn't missed a beat with Sidney Crosby off to an MVP (4 G, 8 A) type of start. Price is certainly fair. |
10-15-19 | Predators v. Golden Knights -125 | 5-2 | Loss | -125 | 10 h 35 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on VGK Don't get the impression that we're playing VGK every time they set foot on the ice but we will pick our spots and use them when it makes sense. Tonight, at -125, makes sense. Nashville has had no success against VGK in their two years of existence and the Preds figured to take a step back this year after a couple of runs at the Cup. The window is closed and the Preds are an average team in the West, good at home, will struggle on the road. VGK is 4-2 with the losses to arguably the best team in hockey (Boston) and at Arizona with Malcolm Subban between the pipes in the hope of giving Fleury a rest. In just two years, T-Mobil Arena has become one of the more electric venues and strongest home ice arenas in hockey and the Knights are a top five team, any way you look at it. Might even look at the puck line here. |
10-14-19 | Oilers +121 v. Blackhawks | 1-3 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 55 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Edmonton Oilers Did a double take on this line when I first saw it and immediately checked the injury report and the goalies to see if I was missing something. We basically have a 5-0 team that has a +9 goal differential as a 25 cent dog to an 0-3 team that hasn't been able to keep the puck out of it's net for almost five years. Final game of a four-game East Coast swing for the Oilers who have had plenty of rest between games and have no perceivable reason to come up with a flat/poor performance here. In fact, Edmonton should be flying! |
10-13-19 | Golden Knights -140 v. Kings | 5-2 | Win | 100 | 15 h 37 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on VGK The Knights made some moves to strengthen their blue line and it paid off last night when Vegas spanked a pretty good Calgary team 6-2. The Kings are off their own 7-2 beat down in Vancouver. The Knights have dominated this series since it's inception and are better than the Kings in every aspect. If this game would have been in Vegas, it would have been a -200 pain. Lay the 40 cents and sit back and enjoy! |
10-12-19 | Blue Jackets v. Hurricanes -170 | 3-2 | Loss | -170 | 13 h 9 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NHL Play of the Day is on the Carolina Hurricanes The Blue Jackets went all in at the trade deadline last year and knocked off President's Trophy winner Tampa Bay in the playoffs but couldn't move on after that and lost all their Rent-A-Players to free agency. Columbus is 1-3 to start with a 8-16 goal differential and it's going to be a long year. Carolina is off to a franchise best 5-0 start and Top 3 in every valuable hockey metric there is. Like we said last night prior to rocking chair Carolina win over the Islanders, you don't pay juice when you win. |
10-11-19 | Islanders v. Hurricanes -165 | 2-5 | Win | 100 | 14 h 8 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Carolina Hurricanes At first, thought the 65 cents was a but expensive here after reflecting, the price is probably fair and maybe a bit cheap. The Canes have been on fire out of the gate, going 4-0 against some top teams in the East. The Islanders figured to take a step back this year after overachieving in the first year under Barry Trotz. Still early but the Islanders are struggling on offense and that's not a good position to be in against a Carolina outfit hitting on all cylinders and on home ice to boot. You don't pay juice when you win. |
10-10-19 | Sharks v. Blackhawks -105 | 5-4 | Loss | -105 | 9 h 43 m | Show
DMack's Thursday NHL Bonus Play is on the Chicago Blackhawks |
10-10-19 | Oilers +111 v. Devils | 4-3 | Win | 111 | 7 h 20 m | Show
DMack's NHL Dog of the Week is on the Edmonton Oilers The Devils made a lot of big moves in the off season but are off to a horrific start at 0-2-1 and being outscored 16-6 in the process. Not the best of spots here either for the Devils who were embarrassingly bad in the first of this back-to-back, a 4-0 loss to the Flyers. Edmonton is off to a surprising 3-0 start with the offense hitting on all cylinders. Is this the year the Oilers break through with all their top draft picks after almost two decades of futility ??? If it is, they need to win games like these against the door mats of the East and grabbing some all so important points before heading home to face constant street fights against the much better opposition in the West. |
10-09-19 | Canadiens v. Sabres -118 | 4-5 | Win | 100 | 7 h 19 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Buffalo Sabres Both teams had surprisingly strong preseasons and both teams are off to good starts. Buffalo should actually be 3-0 but was stopped OT after a late fold against a desperate Blue Jacket outfit. The Sabres have had no problems finding the back of the net and figure to be able to solve Price who they've seen forever. Buff won 7-2 in their lone game on home ice this year and we'll ride them here at slightly more than a pick. |
10-08-19 | Ducks v. Red Wings UNDER 5.5 | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 7 h 18 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Ducks/Red Wings Under It's going to be rare in 2019 to be able to play the under 5.5 in an NHL game this year but this is going to be one of those times. Both teams are off to surprising 2-0 starts and both are basically mirror images of the other depending on top goaltending, solid special teams, and capitalizing on mistakes. Having seen both teams, like the Ducks strong fore and back-checking to dictate pace here and keep the score in the 2-1, 3-2, 2-0 area where Anaheim feels most comfortable. Play the Under. |
10-05-19 | Hurricanes v. Capitals -109 | 3-2 | Loss | -109 | 12 h 46 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Washington Capitals The Caps have been very business like in 2019 so as not to repeat their Stanley Cup hangover start like last year. Washington was all business with one-goal road wins at St Louis and the Islanders and tonight face a rival in home opener. Playing in early back-to-back, not a concern this early in the season and we're being compensated by a sweet price that should be 25-35 cents. Caps cash in their home opener. |
10-04-19 | Golden Knights -114 v. Sharks | 5-1 | Win | 100 | 11 h 56 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Vegas Golden Knights Easy call here. The Sharks have become VGK's rivals with each team dispatching the other in the playoffs the last two year. Make no mistake that these teams do not like each other and in two short years the bad blood has escalated to Ravens/Steelers proportions. Both teams battling injuries early but VGK rocks far superior depth. This is the back end of a home-and-home with Vegas easily winning 4-1 Wednesday scoring twice in the first five minutes. Between the pipes, Fleury versus Martin Jones is a mismatch of Pats/Dolphins proportions. Take VGK. |
10-03-19 | Jets v. Rangers UNDER 6 | 4-6 | Loss | -100 | 7 h 41 m | Show
DMack's NHL Play of the Day is on the Jets/Rangers Under This is a match up between two very similar teams that feature strong goaltending, excellent defenses, and have trouble finding the back of the net. IMO, the game would still be worth a look under at 5 1/2 so with 6 a push and needing 7 to get beat … see excellent value on the low. |
10-02-19 | Sharks v. Golden Knights -165 | 1-4 | Win | 100 | 10 h 45 m | Show
DMack Late Steam Subscriber Bonus Play is on the Vegas Golden Knights |
10-02-19 | Canucks v. Oilers OVER 5.5 | 2-3 | Loss | -114 | 33 h 37 m | Show
DMack's NFL Opening Night First Blood is on the Oilers/Canucks Over I've done a lot of work to prepare for this year's hockey and expecting to have an excellent year. We will not play a lot of games, figure 6-10 per week, but will pick the best spots and pass when the number is not within certain acceptable parameters. Tonight we have two teams out of the Western Conference Pacific division, both are feature high potent offenses and bottom third defenses and goaltending. Vancouver in particular is like a boxer that will take three to give two of their own. While you can only put so much into preseason, a whopping 61 goals were scored in eight Canuck exhibition games. Even with both goaltenders standing on their heads tonight, couldn't imagine their being less than six goal and probably 10 or more. Play the Over. |
06-09-19 | Bruins v. Blues -114 | 5-1 | Loss | -114 | 9 h 20 m | Show
DMack's Bruins/Blues Fire on Ice is on the St Louis Blues The Bruins are in much the same situation as Golden State, losing several key players to injury at this critical time. That said, Boston can still field a team that can play with the Blues but just haven't been able to pull the trigger with important goals. Win or go home for Boston but expect to see an equally desperate St Louis team that will be life and death to clinch on home ice. Binnington has been superb between the pipes for the Blues and offensively, someone just seems to step up when it counts. The Blues run since the first of the year has been well documented and no need to rehash here. Worst to first and tonight it culminates with the first Stanley Cup Championship is St Louis Blues franchise history. Blues win, lets say a couple of late empty netters makes it 4-1. |
06-06-19 | Blues v. Bruins -147 | 2-1 | Loss | -147 | 8 h 31 m | Show
DMack's Thursday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Boston Bruins Boston finds itself in the almost the same situation as Golden State. The Bruins are the better team but have been ravaged by injuries at absolutely the wrong time. Depending on Chara and and other injuries on the blue line, the Bruins could suit seven defensemen tonight and again, that is contingent on who can and can't go. The Blues played their perfect game in Game IV and don't figure to repeat that effort, especially if the Bruins get off to a fast start. Home ice and the cream rises to the top here. Take the Bruins. |
06-03-19 | Bruins +104 v. Blues | 2-4 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 23 m | Show
DMack's Monday NHL Ice Pick is on the Boston Bruins In Game III, the Bruins established what many knew all along and that was that Boston is just the better and more experienced team. St Louis has made a lot of mistakes and taken more absolutely rediculous penalties and the Bruins have made them pay by going 6-16 on the power play with 18 shots and lots of quality chances. Leopards don't change their spots and the Blues will be that much probable to come unglued with their backs against the wall in what is for the most part a must win. Looking for a rough and tumble physical first 10 minutes until Boston scores first and the floodgates open up. Boston 4-2. |
06-01-19 | Bruins v. Blues OVER 5 | 7-2 | Win | 100 | 33 h 39 m | Show
DMack's Friday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Bruins/Blues Over the Total We though from the outset that this would be a physical, low scoring series. It's been plenty physical and even chippy to some extent but there have been a ton of chances that for whatever reason have hit a post or just not gone in. Both goaltenders have been sharp but there have been multiple mistakes by both teams in there own ends that leaves these shooters to convert. Sooner or later, they will. The element of the push rather than the five and a hook makes this a play even with the juice. Play the over. |
05-27-19 | Blues v. Bruins UNDER 5 | 2-4 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 29 m | Show
DMack's Stanley Cup Final Game One Ice Pick is on the UNDER This should be a pretty good Stanley Cup final between two teams that are physical and defensive minded, have one big scoring line, and feature hot goalies that have been playing out of their minds to this point. Both teams off lengthy layoffs so imagine Game One will be like a prizefight where you see two fighters feel each other out in the early rounds and in this case, while both shake off the ring rust and find a rhythm. Expect a low scoring tight checking war that has 2-0, 3-1, 2-1 written all over it. Play the Under. |
05-15-19 | Sharks +128 v. Blues | 5-4 | Win | 128 | 8 h 51 m | Show
DMack's Wednesday Night Ice Pick is on the San Jose Sharks The Blues really dodged a bullet in their last or they wouldn't even be in the series. They got every bounce and survived several turnovers deep in their own end and still won 4-2 despite giving up a shorty and being the beneficiaries of "act of God" saves by Bennington. The Sharks are a veteran bunch and have been the most opportunistic team in the playoffs. Bad analogy but their is blood in the water in Arch City and we're picking up an extra 28 cents to boot. |
05-04-19 | Blue Jackets v. Bruins UNDER 5.5 | 3-4 | Loss | -125 | 7 h 18 m | Show
DMack's Saturday Night Ice Pick is on the Blue Jackets/Bruins Under the Total Game Fives with the series tied at 2-2 are generally deciders and there is not much separating these two. Both goalies have been spot on and this has been a physical tightly played series that has 2-1, 2-0, 3-1 written all over it. Looking to see EXACTLY what we got from Stars/Blues last night. |
05-03-19 | Islanders v. Hurricanes -125 | 2-5 | Win | 100 | 8 h 49 m | Show
DMack's Friday Night NHL Playoff Ice Pick is on the Carolina Hurricanes The Canes have been money over their last five games playing near perfect hockey and getting contributions from everyone including both goalies. The Islanders have had a good season and have a bright future with their young roster and Barry Trotz calling the shots. That said, the Isles just can't score (3 goals in three games) and that's a deal breaker in any sport. Get out the broom at a very agreeable. |
05-02-19 | Bruins v. Blue Jackets -120 | 4-1 | Loss | -120 | 7 h 28 m | Show
DMack's Thursday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Columbus Blue Jackets Using the Blue Jackets much like we used Carolina last night, The Jackets went all in, jeopardizing their future for the next decade, to pick up elite UFA's that could get the job done now. They've played playoff hockey for nearly a month, just to make the playoffs and the team has been razor sharp in both series. Boston is a tough task but the Bruins have seemingly lost their edge and feeling the heat here. Columbus is looking at the big prize and takes a big step in that direction here. |
05-01-19 | Islanders v. Hurricanes -126 | 2-5 | Win | 100 | 7 h 41 m | Show
DMack's Wednesday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Carolina Hurricanes The Canes were playing playoff hockey for a month before the playoffs, just to get to this point. Great defense, solid goaltending, timely scoring, and a team that plays 60 minutes on full tilt. The Islanders have picked a bad time to not be able to score and now must travel to a tough venue to try to get one of their two home ice losses back. "Must win" games have broke more gamblers than any other angle. That's the case tonight and is reflected in the price as Carolina merits -150. Play the Canes |
04-27-19 | Blue Jackets v. Bruins UNDER 5.5 | 3-2 | Win | 100 | 7 h 21 m | Show
DMack Subscriber Bonus Play is on the Blue Jackets/Bruins Under |
04-27-19 | Stars v. Blues UNDER 5 | 4-2 | Loss | -117 | 3 h 17 m | Show
DMack's Saturday Matinee NHL Ice Pick is on the Stars/Blues Under This series currently features the two hottest goaltenders in the NHL and the winner will ultimately be the last man standing in what figures to be physical, tight-checking, low scoring games for as long as the series lasts. Each team has one big scoring line that will be getting all the attention when they are on the ice. Game One ended 3-2 and that was with an uncharacteristic soft goal allowed by Ben Bishop. 2-1, 2-0, 3-1 today. Play under. |
04-26-19 | Avalanche v. Sharks OVER 6 | 2-5 | Win | 100 | 9 h 16 m | Show
DMack's Friday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Avs/Sharks Over These two teams the best in the West offensively and on special teams. Both teams goalies leave something to be desired as well. San Jose could be somewhat leg weary after double-OT Game Seven win over Vegas. The Avs first to lines are elite. No feeling each other out here. Haymakers start to finish. Play over the total is Game One with someone winning in the 5-3 range. |
04-24-19 | Hurricanes v. Capitals -145 | 4-3 | Loss | -145 | 7 h 28 m | Show
DMack's Canes/Caps Win or Go Home Ice Pick is on the Washington Capitals The home team has won all six games in the series and that figures to carry over here much like it did last night in Boston and San Jose games. The Caps actually had this won in six until a bad call disallowed a goal that would have put the defending Stanley Cup champs over the top. Ovechkin nearly went beserk at the end of the game which was likely well thought out to get the Caps focused as things are falling perfectly for them to defend their Cup. Caps strike early and roll to a 5-2 type of win. |
04-21-19 | Sharks v. Golden Knights -167 | 2-1 | Loss | -167 | 7 h 52 m | Show
DMack Subscriber Bonus Play is on the Vegas Golden Knights |
04-20-19 | Jets v. Blues -142 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 9 h 30 m | Show
DMack's Saturday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the St Louis Blues The road team is 5-0 in the series neither team able to hold serve on home ice. At the end of the day, don't know how the Jets bounce back from blowing a Game Five 2-0 lead late to lose to the Blues 3-2 in one of the most shocking results in the playoffs in any sport. The Blues have been the hottest team in hockey since the first of the year and have to be fired up after being given a second life. St Louis closes out the series here. |
04-18-19 | Golden Knights +100 v. Sharks | 2-5 | Loss | -100 | 11 h 49 m | Show
DMack's Thursday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Golden Knights Strange that you would figure the natural rivalry for Las Vegas would come through Los Angeles with the Kings of Duck, maybe even the Coyotes if there was more interest in that part of the desert. The rivalry has by was of San Jose and the teams do no like each other one bit and for the second year of their existence, VGK will put the Sharks on vacation .... TONIGHT! Martin Jones just cannot figure out VGK and the Knights have a huge edge between the pipes and especially now with the Sone-Stasny-Pancioretti line hitting on all cylinder. What's teal, black, and white and plays golf ??? The San Jose Sharks. |
04-17-19 | Flames v. Avalanche -105 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 10 h 15 m | Show
DMack's Wednesday NHL Ice Pick is on the Colorado Avalanche The Avs are as dangerous as any team in hockey at this point, finding their best stride at exactly the right time of the season. The Avalanche could very well be up 3-0 in the series and playing for the closeout here had it not been for some Game One home cooking at The Saddledome. The Flames have the same problem as San Jose faces in its series with Vegas, their goaltending is way below playoff standards. That's big trouble when you face a team with similar or better offense and a rock between the pipes. Avalanche 5-3 |
04-16-19 | Sharks v. Golden Knights -161 | 0-5 | Win | 100 | 10 h 10 m | Show
DMack's Tuesday NHL Ice Pick is on the Vegas Golden Knights It looks like VGK has finally flicked the switch and that is bad news for the San Jose Sharks. VGK has had no problem solving Martin Jones and the big line of Stone, Pancioretty, and Stasny is hitting on all cylinders. Home ice has been big for Vegas in it's brief history and they're 11-3 at T-Mobile with two of those losses coming to the Caps in last year's final. VGK 5-2. |
04-15-19 | Capitals +112 v. Hurricanes | 0-5 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 57 m | Show
DMack's Monday NHL Ice Pick is on the Washington Capitals Don't forget that the Capitals are the defending Stanley Cup champions. They didn't get a lot of attention during the regular season as they pretty much went through the motions while being overlooked by the big season of Tampa Bay and the storylines of the Leafs, Islanders, and to a certain extent these Hurricanes. Washington still has the best special teams in hockey, tons of experience, and Ovechkin. The Caps professionally dispatched the Canes in both opening home games and with the Lightning soon to be on vacation, are likely to be getting more and more serious about B2B Cups. Take the road dog. |
04-14-19 | Sharks v. Golden Knights -140 | 3-6 | Win | 100 | 11 h 9 m | Show
DMack's Sunday NHL Ice Pick is on the Vegas Golden Knights VGK got a huge monkey off it's back with Friday's 5-3 win over the Sharks. They've laways had success against Martin Jones and ran him off in 10 minutes enroute to an 3-0 lead. San Jose tied it 3-3 with three improbable goals in the final four minutes of the first period but instead of folding like a house of cards, VGK dominated the final two periods with physical fundamentally sound play. Tonight, back at The Fortress with a crowd that does not like San Jose one iota. This is the VGK blowout everyone has been waiting for ... LAY IT! |
04-13-19 | Maple Leafs v. Bruins -137 | 1-4 | Win | 100 | 10 h 51 m | Show
DMack's Saturday Night Ice Pick is on the Boston Bruins In my eyes, after the Blue Jackets manhandling of Tampa Bay, the Leafs upset win at Boston has been the biggest surprise of the first three days of the playoffs. Looking for the Bruins to rebound here as when you examine the teams from top to bottom, Boston has the best of it with their top line and in goal which is so critical this time of the year. We're going to give Boston a Game One mulligan and a fresh start her in what is arguably a must win and definitely a jumpstarter. |
04-12-19 | Blues +115 v. Jets | 4-3 | Win | 115 | 9 h 5 m | Show
DMack's Friday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the St Louis Blues We used St Louis in Game One and were rewarded nicely with a 2-1 win. These teams hav been headed in opposite directions for the last two months and the Blues are also rocking the hottest goalie in the NHL at the moment in Binnington who has been impregnable during his run with the Blues. As VGK demonstrated last year, a hot goalie can take you a long way and home ice doesn't necessarily mean that much. It would be silly to not take plus money with a team that is 10-1-1 L12 with better to come. |
04-10-19 | Blues +102 v. Jets | 2-1 | Win | 102 | 8 h 41 m | Show
DMack's NHL "Ice Pick: is on the St Louis Blues St Louis was the hottest team in the Western Conference after the 1st of the year and almost stole the Central Division title on the final day of the season. 8-1-1 L10, the Blues also have the hot goalie in Bennington that can take you a long long way in the playoffs. The Jets limped into the playoffs at 4-5-1 and were not nearly that good. This is clearly a series between two teams headed in opposite directions. Home ice in the NHL playoffs is the most meaningless in professional sports. Take St Louis in Game One. |
04-06-19 | Sabres v. Red Wings -113 | 7-1 | Loss | -113 | 9 h 39 m | Show
DMack's Saturday NHL Ice Pick is on the Detroit Red Wings We've been very impressed with the Red Wings the last 60 days. Motown has been out of it since forever but has never quit and gives you an outstanding effort, day in and day out as their 8-2 L10 record would indicate. The Sabres opened up the season white hot but have crashed and burned and have played disinterested hockey since as their 2-7-1 L10 would indicate. Home ice in the final game of the season with lots to look forward to an the price tag make this a no brainer. |
04-05-19 | Kings v. Ducks -153 | 2-5 | Win | 100 | 12 h 30 m | Show
DMack's Friday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Anaheim Ducks The season mercifully ends for the Ducks tonight after a nightmare season. To there credit, they haven't quit going 6-3-1 in their L10 and winning their last two by an 8-2 aggregate. This is a crosstown rivalry with the Kings winning the last meeting in a 4-3 shootout on March 23. Final game, final home game, solid play, and ending the season on three straight wins should be enough to get the Ducks through here at a fair price. |
04-01-19 | Capitals -133 v. Panthers | 3-5 | Loss | -133 | 8 h 57 m | Show
DMack's Monday Night Ice Pick is on the Washington Capitals The Caps are just starting to round into form for their title defense after pretty much sleepwalking through the regular season. 100 points is no mean feet but this is a team that has struggled with consistency and more so goal tending throughout the regular season, often getting bailed out by their superior special teams. Caps can clinch the Metro here facing a Panther team playing out the string and will be on the golf course in 10 days. The Champs take care of business at a very fair price. |
03-31-19 | Wild v. Coyotes UNDER 5.5 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 7 h 15 m | Show
DMack's Sunday NHL Ice Pick is on the Wild/Coyotes Under the Total Both teams are fighting for their playoff lives from here on out with every point critical. Bot teams are basically mirror images of the other with solid defense and net keeping and very little in the way of offense. Not much analysis here as both teams are among the best five in goals allowed while also in the bottom five of goals scored. Played at playoff intensity, this one has 2-1, 3-1, 2-0 written all over it. Play the under. |
03-30-19 | Blue Jackets v. Predators UNDER 5.5 | 5-2 | Loss | -105 | 14 h 23 m | Show
DMack's Subscriber Bonus Play is on the Blue Jackets/Preds Under |
03-30-19 | Sabres v. Islanders -216 | 1-5 | Win | 100 | 14 h 36 m | Show
DMack's Saturday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the NY Islanders The Sabres started the year with high hopes and got off to a fast start but injuries and poor play caught up at around the first of the year and it's been a free fall since. Buff just 1-8-1 L10 and had its heart ripped out in last when they battled back from three down, only to lose in OT. The Islanders just don't give up goals, one of three to allow less than 200, and tied with the Stars for the best goals against. Islanders in a good spot here to score some goals of their own and get some Mojo going before the playoffs. |

03-29-19 | Devils v. Red Wings -113 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 9 h 9 m | Show
DMack's Friday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Detroit Red Wings Both teams are playing out the string and both teams have tee times in sight. That said, both teams have been loose and playing relatively well. The Devils have won two straight but are on enemy ice where they are 10-25-3 this year. The Wings have won three straight, two of which I watched and this team is razor sharp right now. They are home and building for next year, playing a team they should handle easily, and you just can't beat this price. Take Detroit. |

03-27-19 | Rangers v. Bruins UNDER 6 | 3-6 | Loss | -111 | 9 h 38 m | Show
DMack's Wednesday Night NHL Ice Pick is on the Rangers/Bruins Under The Rangers blew things up at the trade deadline with predictable results. The Broadway Blues have scored just 21 goals in 13 March games, exceeding two goals just once over that span. Tonight, NYR face the best defense and goaltending in the NHL and the probable results are predictable. The Rangers are still defensively solid so they've been hanging around without winning. The Bruins are playing their best hockey of the year and off a big victory over Tampa Bay. Thinking Boston will be just as happy to get out of Dodge with a win here. This one has 3-1 written all over it. |

03-26-19 | Blackhawks v. Coyotes UNDER 6 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 104 | 12 h 12 m | Show |
DMack's Tuesday Night Ice Pick is on the Blackhawks/Coyotes Under With six games left, the amazing Arizona Coyotes are five points clear of Edmonton and Vancouver for the final wildcard spot in the West. They've had an improbable breakout season with great defense, excellent goaltending, and timely scoring. A long run coming out of the All-Star break was too little, to late for the Hawks who are playing out the string. Chicago has had a power outage the last five games that have ended 2-1, 2-4, 1-3, 2-3, and 2-0. Expect very much of the same here in the desert. |

03-23-19 | Bruins -135 v. Panthers | 7-3 | Win | 100 | 8 h 28 m | Show
DMack's Saturday night NHL Ice Pick is on the Boston Bruins Boston has won three straight in dominating fashion and has been in a month long process of getting healthy. Pasternack has returned to complete the first line and at this point of the season, the Bruins might just be the second best team in the NHL behind Tampa Bay. Florida, to it's credit, has not quit but at this point has too far to come and is simply playing out the string. Looking for the Bruins to continue their hot play as they further distance themselves from Toronto. Boston rolls. |
