Oklahoma City Thunder (2-0) vs. Denver Nuggets (0-2) Betting lines from BetUS.com

Moneyline: Nuggets (-230) Thunder (+190)

NBA Betting Favorite: Nuggets -5

Over/Under: 207.5

The Oklahoma City Thunder squeaked out a come-from-behind victory in Game One, then they dominated Game Two to take a 2-0 lead in this best of seven series. This was one of the most intriguing matchups when the playoffs started, and you have to think Denver will come out with some great effort tonight. Can Oklahoma City push them to the brink of elimination or will Denver get back in the series?

Oklahoma City has dominated the glass so far in this series. The Thunder have grabbed 91 rebounds to just 65 for the Nuggets through the first two games. Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins have turned out to be quite the force down low. Ibaka is an athletic big man who can block shots extremely well. Perkins is a tough big man who can use his body to get great position. While those two have been dominating down low, the combination of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook has been lighting up the scoreboard. Durant has 64 points and Westbrook has 52 points in the first two games. The Thunder will be a very tough out for many years to come in the NBA playoffs.

Denver got extremely hot after they traded away Carmelo Anthony. The Nuggets started playing much better defense, and they started sharing the basketball much better. Danilo Gallinari, Wilson Chandler, and Raymond Felton have fit into the fast paced offense very well. Arron Afflalo is expected to be back in the lineup tonight for Denver, which is a huge boost for this team, especially on the defensive end. The Nuggets need guys like Nene and Kenyon Martin to keep Oklahoma City off the glass. George Karl is a great motivator, and this team should be ready to play.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Denver Nuggets Free NBA Pick:

*3 Star Free NBA Play* The Oklahoma City Thunder and the Denver Nuggets have met four times since Carmelo Anthony was traded away from Denver and Kendrick Perkins was traded to Oklahoma City. Only one of their four matchups during that time has gone over the posted total, and it just edged above the total at 210 points. The other three have all finished at 195 or lower. Both of these teams are better defensively now than they have been in the past. I think this total is set too high. Take the under.
